Pleasantly surprised! We order our first Casey’s pizza tonight and…it was good, surprisingly good. The three young men working behind the counter were very nice and polite and the store is very clean. We will for sure be back to enjoy another affordable pizza!

More concerned about blasting migos on there phone then helping. A mop at a peep show has more personality than the cashiers. Theres always 1 person working while 4 other people stand around and stare angrily at the customers. And who the hell does there shelf stocking at 3pm everyday. Helen Keller could lead a better group.

By the looks of many of the previous reviews, there hasn’t been any progress to improve things here. I ordered pizza tonight and when I arrived to pick it up, the person there to make it informed me that he just refunded all of the orders and that his shift ended 30 minutes ago. This doesn’t seem to me like a staff issue but something on Management. The app needs a way that informs customers about these things, and if a kitchen has to close due to staffing issues, It should be able to be taken offline. Or maybe divert the order to the next Casey’s over, there are 2 other locations with I mile or so of this one. I know everyone is short on staff, but this was really not handled in a professional way. Also, the next Casey’s over had my pizza ready within 20 minutes of this event.

I’m not surprised to see all of the poor reviews about this location. I have had multiple bad experiences with the staff at this Casey’s. I have worked in customer service and retail/convenience store settings. I understand the frustrations and challenges of the job. This location, however, seems to have a culture problem in its work staff. They seem miserable and treat customers like an inconvenience. This location gives the brand a bad name and I will go to another, more inconvenient for me, Casey’s. Hopefully they get a new management team that can push a better customer experience. Since, you know, that is the reason they are there in the first place.

Overpriced gas. Half of the pumps are broken and others fail to shut off making a mess. Generally dirty. For only a few years old the station has gone down hill fast.
