Their diesel truck pumps are always having problems. Awful flow and leaking fittings when they are working. Been bringing pump issues to their attention for months. They always blame the company who maintains the pumps… maybe get a new company.

This place is a train wreck. Came to our small town and we had high hopes… yep 2 years later 5 different GM, won’t take the time to train their new hires before throwing them to the wolves, hostile work environment and corporate keeps playing the same tune. With companies being run like this it’s no wonder the can’t retain any employees. Why even bother going in there they don’t want to stock other brands of merchandise but their in house stuff is never made. Don’t count on them having a singe sandwich in the store if your trying to get something for your lunch spend you money elsewhere

Cheesy potats a-plenty, I got pizza, sodas great, covfofo good. Wi-Fi was down = no gas available. Staff committed to the overall Casey’s mission statement, a little fired up when the gas stopped flowing. Big hoss behind us needed diesel but then took off when there was none. That’s a fact jack. Would go again when Wi-Fi is back. Again, soda was great. One love.

Tonight we met Jack! What a pleasant young man! There was a line, and he just seemed to appear out of nowhere, and quickly worked the line down, with a smile! When it was our turn, we picked a few scratchers out, and went to ring out, when I noticed, I actually had tickets, that were not what was showing on the dispenser! He told me no problem, and quickly went to retrieve the tickets from the back that I had wanted! I felt bad to turn around to a line behind me again, but, Jack was on it, with a smile on his face he never missed a beat! Even telling me good luck, on my way out the door!

I’m actually confused by the bad reviews. We had a great experience! Gas prices were awesome, especially using Upside. I accidentally just got a pre-paid receipt only instead of a final receipt. Called back to see if there was any chance they could email or text me a photo of the final receipt because I was no longer in the area. I figured there was no way that could happen. The guy working said call back and ask for Justin tomorrow — he can probably help. I called back the following day and Justin said: “Sure, no problem!”. He texted me a copy of my final receipt and saved me about $20 in reimbursement. Now that’s just good service!

They are “out of stock” of things that should not be. The coolers are never fully stocked. The items you want can be seen in the back of the cooler through the empty slots. There was an entire week that a product I buy regularly was in stock but not in the cooler. Maybe if they took less phone time and smoke breaks they could do their jobs. Not sure if Norton Casey’s even has a manager. If they do, they should be fired. Just went again after weeks away. Still haven’t stocked coolers and are charging the price of four chicken tenders but only giving three. Is anyone going to fix/run this store? You are losing customers. Why is this not a priority?

When traveling from Lincoln NE to Colorado, we went through Norton, and stopped for gas/bathroom. This was a really nice Casey’s General Store! It doesn’t look like Google & Google photos have been updated since 2018, so it must be a recent build. The bathrooms were clean, I was impressed by their coffee machines and it was very busy on a Saturday morning!
