Passing through from out of town to use rest room and grab snacks. When I asked where the restroom was the clerk was very rude and disrespectful using swear words complaining about how sick of people she was asking that question. When I was done using restroom she complained out loud about how disgusting I was and then the items I had purchased were all over priced. Highly recommend not stopping here. Very unpleasant stop. Rude and unprofessional environment.

so so so not happy called them at 4 pm to make an advanced pizza order to be picked up at 5:45 pm we show up at 5:41 and enquire about our pizza and are told it hadnt even been started yet when we was supposed to be at our destination with the pizzas at 6 o’clock and when i enquired as to why they was not done on time was told in a snotty tone “we’ve been busy we have an hour wait time on pizza right now” well you know what I gave them an almost 2 hour heads up there is no excuse for this none whatsoever I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO BURLINGTON KS CASEYS FOR ANYTHING NOT ONE DAMNED THING I DONT CARE IF IM RUNNING OUT OF GAS AND THEY ARE THE ONLY STATION OPEN I WILL FRICKIN WALK TO LOSE CUSTOMERS IN A SMALL TOWN IS NOT A GOOD IDEA I AM AND WILL TAKE MY BUSSINESS ELSE WHERE NEXT TIME ILL GO TO PIZZA HUT IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD
