Worst place ever to get gas and to go inside. Employees were very disrespectful. No hot food was ready! Girls were outside smoking. Can’t wait for Qiuck Trip to come to Emporia!

Had to wait a little for the cashier to come back from the bathroom, but she showed perfect manners when she did come out.

If I could go zero stars I would. Ordered a pepperoni pizza. Recieved a disheveled pile of burnt crust that never was remotely attempted to be made into a pizza. Management should fire the clown they had working. What a joke. Thankfully there is plenty of other pizza and convenience store options.

I stopped in here to fuel up and also needed to use the restroom pretty badly as I had been doing the potty dance in my car for the last 100 miles or so! But when I went inside to prepay, I was told that the restroom was completely out of order due to it “needing to be cleaned…” I was then pointed towards an entirely different company’s filling station altogether, which happens to be many blocks away from this one, by the most unfriendly employee I have ever met at any of the very many Casey’s stores that I’ve shopped at before now… All I can say is that it’s a good thing that I really love the pizza at Casey’s because if I didn’t, I’d likely take my business elsewhere after this extremely rude awakening…

Worst experience EVER. First, they didn’t give us our entire order. The brownies and breadsticks were missing. Then, they took and separated our pizza into 2 boxes. Also, we specified VERY LIGHT SAUCE, and instead got extra sauce.

Sun Aug 4 2019, late afternoon/evening: It was a very long drive I was making with children in tow. I was beat and on the last leg of my journey from Paducah, KY. I didn’t even remember Emporia had 2 Casey’s. What does stand out to me this stop was the friendliness of one of the Team Members working. There were only 2 at the time and I didn’t interact much with the one manning the food station, but the young lady behind the counter was so incredible. She was so nice we decided to order food, even though we were in a hurry to leave. She surprised me again when she bought the food out to the car and handed to me. I really wish I could remember her name because the plan was to submit a compliment with the corporate office so that she could get recognition. The best I can do is, unfortunately, here. Even all these months later I fondly remember that brief oasis in what was a torturous drive. Thank you so much

I went to buy lotto tickets for a friend. I SPENT $20. I accidentally bought her the wrong ones. I went back less than 10 minutes later to exchange them for the TICKETS she wanted. They were unused and unscratched. No one, not even the manager, would help me. Fortunately, I met a kind citizen who bought one of the tickets I wanted and I exchanged it with him FOR $10. I was really grateful to the kind stranger. However, it only solved half of my problem. DO NOT BUY THE WRONG LOTTO TICKETS. THE STAFF WILL NOT HELP YOU. Horrible customer service!!!!!

So once a year I get to visit my family that lives in Kansas. I currently live in Texas and there isn’t a Casey’s in sight. I just love the Bacon Breakfast Pizza. I ended up getting on the road to come home and didn’t realize how late it was the 2 ladies that were there last night May 18th, 2020 were closing the kitchen down and I explained that once a year I get to enjoy the pizza. I just want to say thank you for making my day. It’s always hard leaving family when you live so far. ❤️

I get it as a gas station cashier you barely make ends meet, but your job is customer service….that means you talk to people with a common courtesy not like your trailer park burnt down and you are mad at the world. Had I know Phillips 66 was down the road I wouldn’t have stopped. #notmakingthesamemistaketwice
