All of the napkin holders were empty. Nobody was at the register for the longest time. In the men’s bathroom the urinal clearly had not been cleaned for who knows how long. Urine was dried up in layers in & ON TOP of the urinal. Sink was filthy. Soap was empty. Paper towels were empty. Overall just a very disgusting place.

I have tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but this location is consistently a mess. I drive for a living and this is often on my route and the easiest place to stop. I understand something breaking sometimes, but there are minimal options at best. At least 3 fountain drinks have “out of order” signs on them EVERY TIME i go in there. The slushy machine is ALWAYS broken. They haven’t had iced coffee for MONTHS, and when it hasn’t had an “out of order” sign, it comes out at a trickle. Items advertised in the app are never there. I went in last week and the pizza warmer wasn’t even on/rotating. Was not going to get food there as I don’t know how long anything had actually been sitting there. Took forever to have someone ring me up and barely anyone was shopping there.

Was always a sub-par station, but somehow keeps getting worse. Half the pumps are always out of service. Continuously understaffed. The staff that do show up are friendly, but slow and would rather talk to regulars than ring you out. No idea why I keep showing up and thinking things will be better the next trip.

I once placed a pizza order at 1pm for a 5pm pick up. The order was for 2 pizzas. I show up at 5, and I wait 15 minutes for my pizzas. At 515 dude walks over to me with one pizza and my receipt and wishes me well. I ask him where the other pizza is. Dude has no idea what I’m talking about. So I show him the receipt he just handed me that shows that I paid for two pizzas. By 545 I had one cold and one hot pizza.

The phones do not ring. I walked in calling the store as I had been on hold for 15 minutes with no one answering. The employee behind the counter looked at me like I was insane for calling. I checked several times it was the right location, no one ever answers. I lost my gas cap at this location because the card reader wouldn’t take my card, inside or outside. The employee with that transaction said maybe it’s your bank, nope the guy in front of me had the same bank card, and the next station I tried took my card just fine, it was just Casey’s. I had to go to another gas station and fill up. So back I came to find my gas cap, I tried calling on the way and no one ever answered. The customer service is non existent.

Pizza was mangled in the box in front of my eyes on the pepperoni, got sausage instead of beef on the other. Complained to the manager. Didn’t know about the sausage until I got home. Didn’t charge for the pepperoni but it but was inedible, the sauce all over the box drenched the crust. Staff admits to taking the phone off the hook. Online ordering is not working. The 2 young boys cooking clearly were not fully trained and the manager was on a smoke break. Management is killing this store! Why wasn’t she helping in the kitchen?? Lack of training is on her, not the staff. This was our go to store, not anymore.

Phone rings endlessly when I call to order pizza. Automated message says “order on the app” but the app states “Online ordering not available at this location.” Think this station is run by teenagers. Whenever I’ve been in there are no adults working. Seems they’ve disconnected the phones and disabled online pizza ordering. Gas is always a few cents cheaper down the street at the gas station near the Walmart at Johnson and K7 too. This location giving Casey’s a bad name.

This store is a mess. Half the time the kitchen is closed or you cannot order online. Plus they never have window cleaner at the pumps and most of the time no receipt paper. What has happened to this store??? Needs new management and possibly a new district manager. That’s why I end up going to QT. Casey’s is closer but it’s a disaster.

1 girl 2 and guys working cussing and caring on then went to go check out and said, just walk out and don’t pay your pretty you don’t have too( ya not going to do that). The guy said hey your probably under age but im gonna keep this low key, im 29 and what 11 years ” ain’t no thing”. Paid for the drinks and left – he then followed me out to my vehicle and realized dad was in Car and dipped behind building after making eye contact with mom Alerts !!! Girl working was making reasons the guys where acting bad. I feel sorry for her.

7:00 a.m., not one breakfast item available. No breakfast pizza, no breakfast sandwiches, not even donuts or muffins. Said something to one of employees, his response was he was unloading the truck and couldn’t be two places at one time. This was as I watched two other employees not making breakfast. Thinking someone got to get to work earlier. Love Casey’s, was looking forward to Casey’s breakfast before baseball tournament. Disappointing.
