my pizzas arrived like this so we had to obviously get them remade. when we got there dude had a whole line of dashers waiting for orders and he just kept stacking them on the shelf and leaving them. not even in a warming oven, just on the counter. not calling them out, just sitting. they also don’t check the pizzas to make sure they’re fully cooked, while it’s sometimes expected with a supreme pizza to be a little doughy, a regular cheese pizza shouldn’t be raw.

Casey’s at 20th and Spruce in Leavenworth used to be our go-to convenience store. Not any more. The coolers are only stocked once a week and they never push their existing stock forward. So, you might have to stand on your tip-toes and reach to get what you want, IF they even have it. Expect to wait in line for a while whenever you go here. There’s usually only one cashier. The kitchen is good, but not good enough to outweigh the rest of the place. It’s gone downhill significantly over the past year or two.

Pumps are continuously out of receipt paper, which I need. Asked the cashier why the pumps are always out of receipt paper and she said “they don’t care.” I didn’t get the impression she meant she didn’t care, rather management didn’t care.

Casey’s is a good organization. However. Recent changes indicate to me that the company has gone too corporate. They seem to have a problem keeping up with breakfast foods. Especially biscuits and gravy. They are lost always out.

Casey’s are great additions to small towns but the lack of customer service makes me want to spend my $$ elsewhere. I walked in to prepay for my gasoline and there was a line 4 deep and no cashier. I glance around…. nothing. I then say hello…. Anyone working? Another customer then notices the employee straightening the drink station and says dude you have quite a line… if this was a one off I world be ok. But this is MOST Casey’s. Usually their employees are chatting back and forth to one another and not focusing on moving customers their the lines.

Phoned in a order of buffalo chicken asked bone out or in I said bone out receipt said bone out registrar person on duty verified get home chicken was bone in last I checked bone out is boneless called they said bring chicken back still seemed confused on what bone in and bone out was spent 13.49 am upset that they did not resolve the problem
