Very disappointed..I called at 3:58pm and asked for a large cheese pizza and that my husband would pick it up at 5pm, that they would make it closer to the time that he had to pick it up .. He picked the pizza up and brought it home and it literally tasted like it was made earlier in the day and sat on their counter for 5 hours , very cold and stale, in fact it’s been in our oven now for well over 20 minutes.. we have never had this problem before, we don’t even live far from Casey’s either, just makes us not want to come here anymore for pizza night ☹️

Always very staffed, and surprisingly lively atmosphere with seating. However, the gem of this place is it’s bathroom sinks. This faucet pours a better stream of water than a hotel showerhead in Vegas. I’m impressed.

I used to work here, so I have a different view of this store than some people. Its a pretty good place, for the most part. The pizza is the best around, and the sub’s are really good to. The employees are friendly and most of them are good, hard workers! They keep the place clean, and they are helpful 🙂

I frequent a lot of Casey’s stores from all over the area. Depending on who is working , will be your experience. Pam, Carl, Penny and Stephanie are the best, most helpful and friendliest staff they have at Thayer Casey’s! However, most of the other staff make you feel as if you are an inconvenience to their day. The staffing ratio, while people are getting their stimulus and taxes back, is absolutely off!

Rude rude rude staff who CLEARLY are far more interested in standing outside smoking than attending to the long lines of customers… even when literally everyone on shift isnt outside smoking, only ONE person on shift can actually do anything, knows where anything is located in the store, and that ONE person per shift is USUALLY so busy trying to direct/remind/retrain every single other person on shift that we stand in long un moving lines, hoping to be checked out but are all held up due to this one worker not being able to literally do EVERYTHING… maybe training would be a good idea? Maybe scheduling more than ONE trained person to man the store would help? Maybe all of these untrained people NOT standing outside smoking, looking inside at unhelped customers would ease the chaos?
