The premium fuel pumps have been out of service for weeks. The windshield washing stations never have any water/solution in them. There is a large pothole in the east entrance that is difficult to drive around. This store needs help.

If I could give less stars I would I l9ve j7st down the road from this store and stopped in this morning as I do every morning to see a girl soaking wet who apparently walked in for a job interview scheduled at 9. They told her the manager had a corporate meeting come up out of nowhere and she cancelled after this lady walked there in the rain. Reading these other reviews and comments I would say you need to pick your managers better this should be unacceptable to you it’s called human decency. I will no longer be going to this store and will definitely spread the word to go to signal instead I have always shopped at caseys and little stuff happens here and there I get, but when stuff like that happens then all the other stuff I read when I came to post my review and you still have the same manager, you clearly don’t care about your brand or community instead you keep people like that employed. This is really sad caseys use to be a good respected name. I hope you guys eventually open your eyes and do what needs done to better your business and community instead of to bend and destroy your community to keep employees who treat people that way and don’t care about anyone but themselves.

I love opportunities such as this one… A chance to open the eyes of company/franchise owners and inform them of things no ordinary customer would see. First, this store has two MAJOR issues… A GM that is never a true GM (gives herself weekends off and is fraternizing with a subordinate, who doesn’t show up for shifts and still has a job)… AND… The kitchen subordinate who doesn’t show up for work OFTEN yet still has a job.

The employees are friendly an quick. The pizza I ordered came out of the oven as I walked in the door. There rewards program is awesome. You save on the everyday products that you would buy anyway an earn your points an buy your gas an get even more free rewards every day.

Generally clean and well mannered staff. The kitchen staff is a disaster though, it’s very frustrating when some days at 12:30pm they have lunch items out and other days it’s still breakfast by 1pm. I wouldn’t rely on the kitchen for lunch because whoever is cooking seems to cook whatever they like the most, at the same time Casey’s is supposed to be a staple for convenient and decent food. I understand there is a short staffing issue but at the same time I’ll see 3-4 employees in the store but only one running register and another the kitchen. Even more frustrating if a line builds up I’ve seen numerous times a third employee keep chatting with kitchen or stocking instead of helping and pleasing customers.

Female Casey’s worker was banging on bathroom door while I was going to the bathroom and would not stop harassing me to get out of the bathroom because she left her phone in there. I thought workers weren’t supposed to be on their phone at work and especially not harassing customers to leave to get it out of the bathroom.

Terrible service on pizza. Ordered twice from this location and both times I came to pick up my pizza at the designated time only to find out my pizza hasn’t even made it to the oven yet. I say tear this Casey’s down and build a new Kum & Go at this location

I go to Caseys in my area a lot and get coffee there at least once a week. The coffee here was straight up just old (at 1:45pm); I took one sip and dumped it out. Not worth spending money on. Counters were sticky with visible spills and coffee items weren’t stocked. Only one wrap in the cooler that was very messy looking. Was in there about 5 minutes and never saw the staff member. I imagine they are short staffed and were busy doing other things, which is necessary and appreciated. Still, not what I look for in a Casey’s. I choose Casey’s exclusively because I like the coffee – when that is not good, there’s no reason to return. Thankfully I am not in Nixa often, but I wouldn’t return if I was a local.
