The credit cards on the gas pump didn’t work. I had to go inside to pay, which is fine but the attendant put the gas to premium which quite a bit more money. I asked them to switch it back but they couldn’t/wouldn’t. So I’m stuck with less gas. I’m not sure if the problem is faulty equipment or lack of training. Either was this made for a frustrating experience. Im not sure where I’ll stop to fill up next time but I know where I won’t.

Everytime I’ve gone in, employees are hard at work. They chit chat with each customer and are quick! One older woman works here and she’s never been much of a chatty Kathy, I don’t even think I’ve ever seen her smile. . However, that doesn’t stump the other workers whom I’ve grown to love!

The staff and food are great but management refuses to fix the gas pumps. Literally only one of them is working. Now I find out that their manager is so lazy that he won’t even order supplies for food. I don’t want to talk to anybody from corporate I just want things to be better.

There is always a long line when you go in. Slow not helpful people behind the register. I order a pizza on the app. Said to come pick it up at 11:13. I got to pick it up at 11:15 they said it just came through the system and to come back in 15 mins. Horrible service

We ordered a taco pizza last night and it didn’t even have all the right toppings on it. Called to complain and we we’re told that the ingredients had been changed. Went on the caseys app and they are still the same. Very sad that I was lied to. This is bad for business. My husband even had them put lettuce on it and it still wasn’t right.

We are local and within the past year we have gotten SEVERAL tanks (and gas cans) of BAD gas, before we put it together that it was from the same source! Now our neighbors have commented to us that they got bad gas from this location and for us to not buy there! Love Casey’s, but there is definitely something wrong with there holding tanks, to do this too many times to all of us. If it gets fixed then we will come back, but until then we will buy elsewhere.

Rude service. I understand working at a gas station is not the most of glamorous of jobs but you do not need to project your hatred of the job on to the customer. Warning to all do not comment on the nice day! Clerk was so rude she said “I’m being really rude” and the continued….. couldn’t get receipt fast enough!

Terrible service from AMY. I asked her where to get the coffees listed on the door bc i couldn’t find them & she texted the entire conversation & said “if you can’t find them we don’t have them”. She then waited to make me pay till she was finished writing her text. Awful service, will not return to this store bc of this experience.
