This Casey’s just keeps getting worse and worse. Always only one poor cashier, can’t keep help, and every time I order food there’s always a problem. Once we came to pick up and they hadn’t even started. We were 10 minutes late even arriving. This time I ordered curbside through the app, get there and notify the store and wait for 15 minutes, tried calling with no answer, so I went in while sick to collect my own pizza and search for the brownie bites because they didn’t even know they were on the order. Then I get home and find out that they didn’t put the ranch drizzle at all when I asked for extra. And they’re still not answering the phone, so I guess I just have to settle for this $23 disappointment of a pizza because the kid was too busy being outside on his phone smoking cigarettes to be concerned with making sure he fulfills his orders correctly.

We have ordered pizza from this location twice in the last month. They are not giving you the rewards and the guy today refused to let my wife put in our phone number. I am guessing they are stealing the rewards for themselves. Order from the Branson Main St location instead

Employees know about pump issues but can’t be bothered to communicate that to the customer. And I only discovered that after asking why I can’t pump gas. Avoid this location if possible, this has been going on for 3 years

I frequently use Casey’s service stations for my fuel purchases, and the occasional snack. I was excited to see a Casey’s location only 4 minutes from my new residence, until I stopped there a few times. This is perhaps the most poorly run Casey’s I have ever encountered.

I ordered pizza here tonight and normally they are really good about making the pizzas. However they had a new guy back there making them tonight and you could clearly tell he hated his job. The quality of the pizzas were horrible! They weren’t done. It was still doughy in the middle of both of them and the cheese bread sticks I ordered were just thrown in the box and the cheese was smashed and they were doughy in the middle as well. I brought them back and the manager gave me a full refund but didn’t have much to say. Take your business to a different Casey’s. This one clearly doesn’t care!

I’d give negative stars to the Hollister location if I could. Ordered a pizza online to pick up on my way home from work. When I got there the Girl “working” the kitchen has her cellphone hooked up to her headphones, and was having a full blown conversation the whole time. After about 10 minutes of waiting patiently I asked if I could have service. She either didn’t hear me over her conversation or didn’t care to. There were about 5 orders sitting above the oven at this point. I waited patiently another 10-15 minutes before I guess she realized it was her smoke break time without her ever even asking what I needed or making contact. On her way out I asked if she could take a second to see if my order was ready. She rolled her eyes, walked back into the kitchen, grabbed my order, slid it onto the counter. Then walked outside to light up a cigarette and continue her phone conversation. It’s a shame they hire such disrespectful people here. Don’t waste your time here, go to the Branson one instead.
