I’ve not ordered pizza at this location in over a year, mostly because of bad service. My daughter and I really wanted to try it again today. As per our last several visits, the food was not only not ready, but they didn’t even start fixing it until we got there. The manager or clerk did feel bad and gave us a coupon for a free pizza. However, when we finally got our food and got home, we found the pepperoni pizza had no cheese and barely any sauce. We won’t be back.

All right when I go into a store to pick up a doordash and it’s hella busy I understand if a mistake is made the patients I had was perfectly fine however when you place an order before the doordash order was already messed up in our order was to be finished at a specific time not put in at that time. Yes it was a free large cheese bread we paid for extra I understand that this pizza is not the cheese bread but we were very excited for the bacon jalapeno. From 3:30 to 6:30 with too long of a wait when it was supposed to be done at 5:30 p.m. pizza is good but not what we ordered

Honestly the employees are very nice,.. except the young man working nights. He is rude, and never cleans the place up. Makes my trip in the store a bad experience. Other then him I love Casey’s and the employees. The manager is the sweetest lady ever.

Ordered two large pizzas and cheese bread no complaints very delicious friendly service friendly environment definitely will return business great pizza couldn’t ask for anything more great employees and great food!!! Love your pizza definitely recommend!!!

Came to get a sub, waited 30 minutes for the girl to finish the pizza orders she had in the back, no big deal. But then when she was done, even though she seen me waiting, she started doing dishes. Nobody came to ask me what I needed. For 30 minutes. Then more orders came through. I had to place an order while in the store to get anybody to make it.

Love Casey’s just not this one no customer service and very rude pizza ain’t cheap and all I wanted was them to make a taco pizza right but as soon as you call they find out something is wrong and hang up before you even get a sentence out. We love Casey’s taco pizza! I am not sure if this Casey’s in Bolivar has changed hands or change recipes. The last two times that we ordered Casey’s taco pizza, it was not right! When you’re a single mom on a budget and you try to do something nice and splurge on something that is not a necessity, you want it to be the best! We will never order Casey’s taco pizza from this location again! So very sad and disappointed!
