I ordered a pizza for work on my lunch break, I showed up when the app told me it would be ready. They were busy so it wasn’t ready yet, no problem at all. On the other hand there was only one cashier with a very long line of customers. She was complaining the entire time about the line and active heckling and mocking customers for coming multiple times that day. To the point some of them just walked out in anger. She then mocked them behind their back to rest of the customers, myself included. Her behavior was disgusting and I don’t plan on returning, I’d be surprised if any other customers that had to see that returned either.

This location is absolutely disgusting. The men’s room in my opinion barely gets cleaned also tp and paper towels seem to always be empty. The parking lot is littered with trash and the employees don’t seem to care. By far the worse Casey’s I’ve ever been to. I locked my keys and my cell phone in my mother in laws car and couldn’t remember the pin to get in. One of your cashiers was so kind to let me use her cell phone until I could get back in. Excellent customer service and extremely kind of her. Thank you so much, I can’t remember her name but she is the sweetest person in the store.

We order Casey’s pizza and wings a lot. I love the thick, gooey cheese on their pizza’s, and I like their wings better than a lot of other places. They always have deals and you can redeem points earned on the app for cash rewards to get it even cheaper. Plus, every 10 pizzas, you get one free. Today I used their deal for a single topping for $8.99, then I got almost $4 more off from my points earned and I’m one more pizza away from getting a free one.

If you’ve never had one of their specialty pizzas, I’d highly recommend you try one. They are absolutely delicious, and made fresh to order. My favorite is easily the Taco pizza covered in crunchy nacho cheese chips and topped with Casey’s taco sauce is definitely worth it. Tell your employees to stop focusing on their personal life and co-workers and more on customers. Didn’t greet any of us. Talked for 5 minutes as we waited. This was on 6/1/20 at 4-5 pm. Some white girl with long dark hair and bangs. Rudest girl I’ve ever met at Casey’s. My whole family has had complaints around this time of day. I hope you aren’t training them to think this is socializing hour. They are at work.

I waited at the sandwich counter for over 25 minutes, 2 employees said they would assist me, but one of them went outside to smoke and have social hour while the 2nd one went into the office with the manager and just left me waiting. When I finally gave up and went to cash register to pay for my drink, the manager came out and said she had to finish her office work before she could help me, that the lady in kitchen should of helped, but there was not a single person in kitchen. This place is pathetic!!!
