It’s sad I have to drive to Columbia to get pizza because no one wants to cook at this store. Every time I walk in the pizza case is empty and someone is smoking out front instead of cooking. And if you place an online order you better do it a few hours ahead because it will not be ready when they tell you it will be.

I gave it one start. Just because you have to give a start to leave a review. I waited close to two hours for 2 large pizza tonight. I did an online order. Because I know it can get crazy in the kitchen. When trying to make pizzas an take orders. When I showed up to pick my pizza up. I was already 10 min late. I walk up to kitchen an I seen there where no pizza finished and waiting to be picked up. So I ask how long before my pizza would be done. She looks for my ticket and in the wrong place. The lady in kitchen said I miss placed your ticket behind the others. So as I’m waiting for my pizza to be done and ready to go. The lady in the kitchen starts talking to the lady that’s running the registers. Saying well if people would learn to cook there own dinner. I’m sorry but at this point if you hate your job quite it. I’ve had this same issue last time I order from here.

Ordered 3 large pizzas tonight. Told they would be ready at 6:55. They didn’t have my pizzas ready nor could they even find the order despite the lady saying she “remembered taking the order.” Instead of attempting to rectify anything, the man questioned which phone number I called in case it was the wrong Casey‘s… I’ve lived here 47 years. Try calling repeatedly, no answer so I gave up and went in. I wish I would have saved my 19.00. The pizza was mostly crust even though I ordered a large with extra toppings. It looks like a medium cut up into slices , not a large at all. I could have gotten more taste from a box of frozen pizza. The dog enjoyed it but that’s an expensive dog treat .. I won’t be back anytime soon

Waited almost 2 hrs for a pizza! An hour and half longer than we were told. Some how they thought it was already picked up. It was good when we finally got it. Like everywhere else, so many places are short staffed. Not sure that was the case here, but will give grace.

I went to get Dr. Pepper and they were out of 12 packs of Dr. Pepper. The girl working the front was great and extremely helpful. She offered and did, go check in the back to make sure there was none there. Unfortunately there was none. She apologized and let me know when they should be getting more in.

We used to enjoy ordering pizza from Casey’s, not anymore…in the later hours the pizza tends to have hardly any meat or toppings … or the pizza is made incorrectly, and then given excuses as to why a normal pizza they make has no SAUCE? What BBQ pizza has NO sauce? They don’t offer to reimburse your money, or make it correctly. The help behind the cash register seem bothered when you go to buy something…where has the customer service gone to? We stop at Casey’s stores when traveling, they are clean and courteous and to have this as our local store, which is NOT clean, food and help has gone down hill, very disappointing. These are things that have been going on for a while, these aren’t just my actual feelings, these are all things that family and friends in the area that frequently visit/order have been talking about…I don’t usually do reviews, but it’s time for this store unfortunately.

This location has been plagued by lazy, incompetent management for years. Upon the recent hire of new management, I had hoped that they would turn things around and actually do their job. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. With 5 convenience stores in Ashland, Caseys will be the last place I ever go again.

I have come to this Casey’s the last 3 weekends and 2 times during the week and they have failed to make original cake donuts because the “robot” is down but there are spice and chocolate cake donuts. The staff are always rude and disrespectful for example, Tabitha is always on her phone in front of customers or she will sit in her office while there is a line of customers at the register.

Pizza was good, but always seems to take forever. If you get there when you’re told it will be ready then be prepared to wait an additional 20 minutes.
