Employees have no personality. Very rude. Asked for a bag for my purchases and realized the cashier stole one of two packs of cigarettes. Been going there from time to time after moving to this area. Only had one good experience out of probably fifteen times. Go to any other Casey’s convenience store. Seriously if I could buy decent personalities and give them to people I would drop off at least two cases for all employees there and even leave instructions. All being said get it together.

I’m going to just talk about the casey’s rewards, I love it! I earned so many points that I had $15 in casey’s cash saved. You can use casey’s cash on anything at casey’s except tobacco, alcohol, lottery and fuel. But there are rewards you can earn and use on fuel! Over all if you shop at casey’s why not earn free stuff! ☺

I went in that store the other day they had a kitchen meeting and I didn’t like what I heard the manger complained that she don’t get much sleep at night and didn’t want them to call her unless place is on fire and told everyone to figure out the problems if they have any at work and I heard from few ppl that she tells them they have two weeks of training and never get it the manger train them very short time and let them figure how to do things if you are a manger of the store your on call and you don’t tell your employees to figure out what to do when they are clueless and don’t how to do something that was never shown
