Went to Casey’s this morning for breakfast before starting deliveries. The only working warmer was packed full… of sausage products. I hate sausage. It would be one thing if they had simply sold out of bacon items, but since the warmer was full that implies they only made sausage. This is a common issue I have with this store… only sausage pizza, only sausage breakfast sandwiches, etc.fyi not everyone likes nasty sausage

Pizza WAY undercooked!! Definitely don’t recommend thier pizza, wings weren’t bad, however one wasn’t cooked out of the 8, so they Definitely need to work on their cook times.

Me and my father go to this store every morning. We always take bets on if they will have sandwiches or not (they always don’t). Recently, I decided to try the biscuits and gravy since there was no sandwiches. I was horrified when I found a two inch long hair in the gravy. It’s sad to see considering there is a better Casey’s in Diamond, Missouri that is in a small town but it still serves better food and overall better service to the customers. A sad sight to see in Neosho.

Went in to cash a lotto ticket that I checked online and won $26, along with a couple others and bought 2 sodas with them, the rest back in cash. I had a total $37 in winning tickets, the soda was 3.52 and she hands me $7 and some change. When I told her she didn’t give me enough, that I had won more than that, she tells me the ticket I won $26 on was only for a free ticket. I double checked it on the molottery website before I went in. I should have caused a scene with al the people standing in line. Guess she needed the money more than I did, but that’s the last time I’ll visit that gas station ever. Hope the $25 was worth to the owners of the gas station bc they just lost my $50 a week in gas and the couple of times a week I stop for drinks and snacks at atleast $10 a visit. I’m sure the gas station across the street will appreciate the extra business
