We have been coming here for years ordering sub sandwiches. Today I walked out because they have removed nearly EVERY item they used to carry to accompany their subs and they NEVER have anyone working back there to actually assist customers. Management has done a poor job facilitating and managing this part of the business.

We were at the George Washington Carver monument nearby and needed to find a quick lunch. I was impressed with the subs. Good bread, generous deli meat/ cheese portions, and fresh veggies. Everyone enjoyed their subs. Great prices. The staff were courteous and kind.

For a long while, you guys were out of your potato cheese bites, which was my favorite thing to get. Now they’re back and I was so excited to buy some. I bought two boxes (3.99 ea). I get back to my car and bust open the first box and pop one in my mouth, just for it to be the nastiest thing I had ever eaten. I ate maybe three out of one box. I thought maybe they had been sitting awhile so I went back today to try them again and it was the same. I don’t know if you guys got new breading for them or you guys aren’t cooking them properly but they aren’t the same and definitely not worth the $3.99 I keep spending in hopes to get that same taste back.

September 9th 2021 at about 12:50 p.m. I stopped in. There’s a fellow I haven’t seen there a whole lot and I think he’s new his name is David. He does an outstanding job every time I come in, attentive, courteous and always has a smile. A great representative for the company. It’s too bad you can’t find I work ethic like this very often. I love Casey’s rack up rewards all the time keep on keeping on and God bless.

Only thing in Diamond. Food available 24 hours. Order online and pay online and skip the lines. If it’s not available ready, ask for it. Want something special, ask for it. Newish crew. New management. My name is Ralph and I’m the GM. I will be glad to assist in anyway I can anytime I can. Made some changes hopefully for good. Have more changes to make. Don’t forget to get a 6 pack price on cookies and premium pastries. We will be happy to brew new tea or coffee if you want it newer than the fresh offerings. Stop by and say hi anytime. We love to treat people like family. If I will not eat or drink it then I will not let it be served to our guests. Some of our team are experiencing their first job. So they might not be like those of us that have experienced other places but they care and are willing to learn. We support the local school. Go Wildcats!

If they where to leave I would have to rethink my local pizza place. They are great in all parts of the store. And always do it with a smile.
