Always fill up here, sometimes get snacks, but ordering pizza seems to be a challenge. Whatever your pickup time is, add 10 to 15 minutes to it on a calm night. I have had 2 or 3 occasions where ei have shown up to get my food and stand there 10 to 15 minutes after already waiting the 30 after ordering on the app. The pizza is great, though. Just could use some helping making progress in the kitchen. I did once have an employee complain I was coming in for my receipt for my gas when none of the pumps will give me one cause it interrupted them smoking. The employee was smoking and pregnant. Also, nobody ever looks to enjoy that they work here. One guy always looks like he is on the edge of tears. Every time. Weird.

Aug. 2022: Brisket pizza was delicious! I don’t handle jalapeños very well but it was so good I ate a piece anyway. The breadsticks were good too. We always order our pizza on line and pay on line. That way we only have to walk in, get our pizza, and walk out. A drive thru pick up window would be nice. Employees have always been friendly. We like the bacon pizza with extra cheese and breadsticks. Although there are other local pizza chains with more delicious breadsticks, Casey’s are good too. This last bacon with extra cheese pizza was made exceptionally well with lots of bacon. Yummy!

Its pretty hard not to have love for Casey’s — Its simply another “Midwestern Miracle.” I think its so awesome that if Im on a road trip taking the scenic route, and need to refuel in a small town — Casey’s will be there and one of my top 5 pizzas Ive ever had too!By the slice or a whole pie! Being a loyal caseys customer throughout the Midwest, I can say that the employees there are not helpful. I went there to get a propane exchange, and was told, sorry, we don’t do propane exchanges. We don’t have a key. I didn’t believe that at all. We went there August 13th about 530pm.

Waited in line to pay for gas. A tall blonde young lady was running the register and had just rung up another person in front of me. I approached and asked for $20 on my pump and without even looking at me put up a “register closed” sign and pointed to it. I said “oh sorry” and she decided she would ring me up with much attitude. I said “nice customer service” as I left. She yelled something at me that I couldn’t make out and went to pump my gas. She didn’t put it on the pump. Clearly intentionally, as I went back inside and she ignored me as I asked why my gas wouldn’t pump. Then she finally said “it’s on there.” So went back to the pump and she still had not put my money on the pump. I stood there looking at the store for a solid minute before she finally did put the money on the pump. This is absolutely childish and unacceptable behavior from anyone in the customer service field. She waisted my time and toyed with me for over 5 minutes. Will never ever spend my money at Casey’s again.
