Unionville Missouri. Casey’s. Ordered a large pizza 2 topping. Pizza was horrible. Allot of dough very little toppings. Notified the employee making the pizza and they denied how bad it was made. Refused to make another pizza and not cooperative to make it right. Been ordering pizza at this location for years never this bad. Guess only option is to not give them any future business.

This is just one of the many mess ups they have left us with our garlic sticks are all over the box and the subs we had ordered with it weren’t even wrapped in the paper properly and we’re falling out into the bag. If you guys aren’t going to give quality service take your druggy employees and rude kitchen manager else where your terrible store is taking up a spot in our small town we could easily replace with a much better business.

Big fan of Casey’s. Always good gas prices and their pizza is fantastic. Loaded with toppings and a tasty sauce too. If you like cheese, you will definitely like their pizza. It may sound funny, but their fountain drinks are great too. Some places seem to mess around with the blend to save a few bucks, but Casey’s always nails it, no matter which one you go to. The staff is always friendly and seem to get to know you if you are a regular.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Everytime I’ve been in there, the employees have been fighting and cussing at each other, with all the customers around. You’ll be waiting in line, and the cashier will snap at you because her and the kicthen person are fighting, as usual, and she’s in a bad mood! Ask a question, rest assured, you’ll get yelled at! I’ve heard of multiple people being cussed out by the cashier, too. I’ve also been snapped at by a kitchen worker while ordering a sandwhich.

I got a large taco Pizza which wasn’t done right at all. They didn’t have hamburger and substituted it with chicken, there wasn’t hardly any lettuce on it or chicken, it looked like it was just thrown together, the dorito chips weren’t crushed right, I’ve never had a pizza made like this before. In the past their pizza was really good now it is bad. Train those kitchen employees better.

This is one of my favorite Caseys stores to stop at, it is large and roomy with a good selection compared to some. Also have a convenient drive through diesel island for big rigs. Would give them a 5 star rating except a couple times when getting a sub it seemed this certain employee in the kitchen just didn’t care to much about customer satisfaction…….

This Casey’s provided the general expectations you come to expect. About the only game in town, so their standards are definitely to pay. Pizza was over cooked and drooping over the hot plate. Employee seemed to be working as well as watching their young offspring. Needless to say customer service was not of the top priority. At least the soft serve ice cream was working because the coffee was not.
