I love Casey’s and the workers at the Washington store, I believe they all work too hard and are underpaid for the rudeness they have to deal with on a daily basis. My low review isn’t against the particular stores employees but the store itself, there is NEVER a day that one of the registers isn’t down and over the past year there has been multiple times their card reader on both registers are down, this leads to taking 10 minutes just waiting in line while losing a ton of customers that walk out as soon as they see the line or don’t have cash on them. My advice, raise your pay so people will actually stick around or new employees will join so you can provide the service required for such a busy store

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with Casey’s and the pizza. Order online a large supreme and medium half bacon and half cheese. Received an estimated wait time of an hour, granted it is a Saturday night, so I can expect that. When I got home, I found that the Supreme pizza wasn’t fully cooked and it wasn’t because the amount of toppings. The dough was still raw on the sides and cheese not melted. I decided I would just finish cooking the pizza and the center was stuck to the box and cold to the touch. The cheese and bacon pizza was cooked all the way but was also cold. Being an Iowa native, I am a big fan boy of Casey’s, the only thing better would be a Hy-Vee. Something needs to be done about the online wait times and quality control, warm pizza can be understood but under cooked is unacceptable.

Awful service!! Asked for a certain number of mixed chicken like 2+ hours in advance and when we went to pick it up there was only a few pieces of chicken wing. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Will never go back!!!

The service here is horrible. Any time I have had the unfortunate experience of needing to run inside you can count on three people behind the counter but only one register working, waiting in line for ever , being given wrong change, and the attendants smell of cigarettes and other far less pleasant odors. They never seem to know how to work their register and incapable of giving correct change.

Really sad to have to leave such a low review I love Casey’s! But every time I order from here something is wrong, a lot of the times I end up with a sausage/green pepper pizza, and I have never ordered that before. Tonight I ordered large Taco pizza. I show up and it’s a medium sausage?! Please do better!

Food was good but went up to the front to checkout and cashier(Debie) didn’t come up to the counter after seeing customers waiting there for 5 minutes. After paying for our food the cashier took our receipt and kept it after we’d asked for our receipt. After asking for the second time she said “Thank you bye”. Not happy with the customer service from this particular employee

Had to go to the bathroom on my way home, so like any normal person I go into the stall. Made the mistake of not checking for toilet paper and was stuck in the stall for roughly 20 minutes. The worker who did routine maintenance rounds came in to check every few minutes or so, and every time she did I would ask her to get a roll for me. She completely ignored me and went about her day. I had to ask a random stranger that went into the bathroom to get a roll and luckily he did. I will gladly soil my pants before I step into that Casey’s again.

The window washer buckets or empty every time I come. I see your reply owner that you want me to contact you directly but you have eight empty buckets for the 4th time. They aren’t even wet at the bottom. Add bits to time-intensive to fill 8 buckets why not just take the handles out so people don’t keep looking? The fact that you have washer Handles in there implies that they do get filled eventually. Or just have one bucket that you can keep filled and put it by the tire air machine?
