Would give 10 stars if I could. These folks work their tails off to keep our community happy fed and fueled. I have lived in big cities and small towns and I can say with authority, you’d have to go overseas to find a better small town convenience store than this.

Went to the caseys on state street at 445 because I had ordered pizzas online and then waited and person in kitchen area didn’t acknowledge me it was the cashier that asked me if I was picking up a pizza. I said yes. There wasn’t any pizza with my name on it. The girl cooking pizza didn’t seem to care just kept on doing whatever she was doing and the cashier went and looked and found out that my order was never printed out . Again the lady cooking the pizzas didn’t seem to care. In my opinion that was very unprofessional. They need to make sure that they are getting all their pizza orders and in a timely manner. Once I got the pizzas home they were also very saucy, to much sauce so that they were soggy but after the disregard of the the lady in the beginning I didn’t feel that going back would do me any good. It was a very disappointing experience for me tonnight.

Card readers don’t sem to be working. Read out screens on the gas dispensers is very poor. Almost unreadable. They have been bad for quite some time.

The Manager Kim works very hard to accommodate her customers needs. I go in there every day and her staff is on the ball always with a friendly smile and a welcome. The place is always stocked, even the cooler, any requests that are made by customers she always sees what she can do to get items that are shopped for it if she can. The staff that do the cooking always has the area filled with goodies you are looking for, whether its pizza or sandwiches or sweets… this is my favorite place to shop and get gas in town. Just wish there were more parking. This Casey’s is packed everyday! Probably because of the way its ran daily. I know my neighbors think the same thing!!! 10 stars if I could rate it!!!
