Ordered on line for delivery. Casey no longer delivers their own pizza, Door Dash now delivers for them. I’m sure it was a corporate decisions. But anyway, Door Dash driver only brings me 1 of the 2 pizzas i ordered. I caught the delivery person and asked where my other pizza was, she said I would have to call the store cause she only picked up one.I call the store and sure enough my other pizza was sitting there. I told the driver and she told me she would go and get it. 30 min later i call the store back and the driver never went to get my pizza. The lady ( Kay I believe, she is new to the area, she is from TN) asked for my address and brought me my pizza. She did not have to do that. What a sweet lady, Thank you! As for Door Dash, I called and they said that I would have to get a refund from Casey’s. I don’t think so, your driver made the mistake and didn’t want to correct it. Why should Casey’s lose out on the sale along with loss of food cost.

Never liked or trusted hot food items from any Gas Station type place much in the past. However, Casey’s is very different! We now live by the one on Delmar in Godfrey. The food is very, very reasonable and it’s always GREAT! Nice menu selection and never a long wait. Pizza, sandwiches, breakfast items, etc., all excellent every time! Customer friendly staff really helps make a positive difference too!

I placed a order for a pizza online for door dash I got a text message saying they confirmed my order about 6 minutes later I got another text message saying the store canceled my order cause the store was closed! But I called to see if the store was open and someone answered! So I guess they just didn’t want to make a pizza!!

I was so hungry and I ordered unknowing that the kitchen closed early. The girl working called and told me they closed everything down and I explained my husband just got off work and was hungry and I apologized for not knowing and she opened up and made sure she fulfilled our order. I had used some caseys cash I saved on my app. I had already redeemed it. Absolutely friendliest woman I have encountered yet at caseys and the gentleman in the kitchen only made one of the two pizzas by accident and didn’t get upset about having to make the second one. Let’s be honest we all know alot of times people tend to get mad even when it’s their mistake, not this kid, he asked if I had the time. Thank you caseys!!!

Casey’s is one of the things I missed the most when I was living away from Illinois. This location is great, staff is friendly and maintain the store nicely. The pizza is fantastic and love that they cut it into 12 slices.

At 1:00 pm on 6/1/17, I called to the Godfrey, Il. Store to order a pizza for pick up. The lady answering the phone said ” I have deliveries to put away and so I am not making pizza’s today”. She was very rude about it and did not wait for me to respond, she just hung up. Wow! Glad I was passing through, because if I lived there I would not patronize this store. Rude!

Don’t like what has happened to this Casey’s, had an awesome crew until all of them got fired for no reason and brought in some bone head service, can’t ever get enough twisted teas either. Wouldn’t you think you’d buy more product if it was the only 24 oz can that sold in the last month
