I worked there for about 5 months in the kitchen, at first it was pretty nice but after months went by the oven would stop working every once in a while because it is never cleaned, the managers aren’t good, I remember one time we had to use a wrench to turn a can opener for like a week cause the managers kept “forgetting” to buy a new one. But tbh, the nightshift people there are very nice. I don’t really recommend working there unless if you wanna hard time. The food isn’t to bad there though.

I came here to get gas, printer at pump didn’t work. Went inside to get receipt and registers were down! I specifically came here (out of my way!) to get points from my receipt. What a joke!!

All the employees treated me like an old friend the first day I spent in this town. Entertaining small talk makes my days seem nicer all around cuz I spend most days just talking to my 2 dogs. They have a few pretty nice beers here. The only thing they lack that I would add to my purchase every day is the blue full throttle energy drink. Tons of gas stations stopped selling them recently and that flavor has me hook line and sinker.

The customer service was horrible! There were 3 employees in the kitchen and only knew what he was doing. One of the employees had the nerve to come up to my mom and tell her she did order what she really did order. She was so RUDE!! One of our pizzas had to be remade because they put the wrong topping on our pizza. We went to pay, and employee at the register was not any friendlier. We asked when a manager would be in and very rudely said “in the morning”

Casey’s is usually a great place for a quick bit to eat but the Pontiac one has been slacking on lunch. Came in at almost noon and still had breakfast in warmer no pizza and only 2 burgers for choices for lunch. This is not the 1st time this has happened
