As a professional,i will give 5 stars to this night crew through the week. They are amazing very polite nice young people I call ahead I’m a truck February road. I call ahead for some chicken tenders. They are right on it and take care of it or if I want a big pizza it’s already when I get there.

So I wrote a good review a year ago, but it’s not quite the same experience anymore. The pizza is still great, but you have to wait awhile for it now, even if you show up after it’s supposed to be ready. It’s probably a staffing issue, and that’s not something easy to fix these days, but it gets old standing and waiting for 15 or 20 minutes past their predicted time. I’ll be glad to give a good review again if things improve, though! And the staff is very polite and friendly!

VERY RUDE AND HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. EMPLOYEES WERE SWEARING, ARGUING , NOT FRIENDLY Didn’t EVEN PAY ATTENTION THAT THEY HAD CUSTOMERS WAITING….. I WAITED SO LONG TO COME HERE BECAUSE I HEARD THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND HAD THE BEST PIZZA. WELL IT WASN’T AND IT WAS A VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. RATED NO STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE. ALSO CASHIER ON THE GAS STATION/GENERAL STORE PART HAD A MAJOR ATTITUDE & WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. AND IM FROM MICHIGAN . SO A VERY LONG 6 HOUR DRIVE. FOR THAT NO THANKS NEVER AGAIN

I love Casey’s! None of the stores will blow you away with cleanliness but they have all the stuffs you want and need! I love their donuts and pizza!! Their rewards program is stellar! And they ALWAYS have my brand of sunflower seeds: Giants Dill Pickle flavor!

Couldn’t be happier. Everyone I’ve encountered at this Casey’s was friendly and helpful. They have had an issue with a now-former employee a few months back; I do remember it. Yet, being a loyal customer, I’ve seen the improvements made and am quite pleased. Five stars all around, funniest cashiers anywhere. Also, order a “pizza sub” if you’re willing to try it. Ask for extra pizza sauce, cheese, and whatever you like on your pizza. It’s delicious, filling, and reasonably priced! 🙂

I’m not one to complain about restaurants or fast food usually, but I feel this needed to be publicly addressed. The staff here? Fantastic. Super friendly and empathetic. That being said, when ordering food you are charged fees that you as a consumer are not made aware of. After trying for over an hour to order food, I had to reach out to my debit card company after being told multiple times that my card was declined due to insufficient funds. After talking to the CSR from PNC Bank, they explained that even though the price that was being advertised to me online and over the phone was 25.65, I was being charged a “holding fee” of $5 that I was not only unaware of, but on closer inspection of my receipt and order summary, IS UNADVERTISED. I am not sure how long this has been a thing, but just thought I would throw this information out there so people would be aware they are being charged extra and not being told about (which in my opinion, is basically stealing from their customers)… Like I said, the food, atmosphere, and staff are extraordinary, and the staff didn’t even know about the hidden fee, but I am not okay with being stolen from, and you shouldn’t be okay with it either.
