I’m a trucker I drove 4,000,000 miles over the United States and Canada in the last 2530 years. I’ve never seen such a horrible truckstop. There was no water in the windshield washer buckets the garbage packed full. They were no squeegees to clean your windshield and I had paid $500 for diesel. They finally gave me a really short handled squeegee, which will not work in a semi, and I am absolutely abhorred at this place never again.

Bathrooms are filthy. Rest of the store is slightly cleaner. Half of the diesel pumps might work part of the time. Ordered food for pickup and they gave me old stuff out of the warmer.

About as bad a gas station as I’ve experienced. The water tanks for the squeegee window cleaners were all dry and the men’s bathroom was disgusting, particularly the toilets. Soda machine out of Coca-Cola, couldn’t find straws and no napkins in numerous dispensers. The place just felt chaotic and disorganized despite there being quite a few staff. On the plus side, the gas prices were good!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I haven’t stopped in here for quite some time. Last week I stopped in. Wow! It has completely gone down hill from what it used to be! The bathrooms were dirty, paper towel and toilet paper all over the floor! The grab and go cold food items was basically empty! The counters by the coffee and pop machine were sticky and gross! I counted 6 napkin holders in the place and not one had a napkin in it! The floors were filthy! Was sad to see that this place has completely gone down hill! I’m guessing it’s a management problem. I don’t plan to stop next time I pass through! I hope they can figure things out and bring it back to how great it once was.

This place is consistently the most disgusting dirty and unsanitary convenience store I’ve ever been in. You’ll feel like you need a tetanus shot and a bleach bath after leaving. I don’t know how the health dept let’s them continue.

Food is always stale and old, service is horrible almost every employee is rude and lazy, there is a couple good employees that actually do their job but besides that nobody else cleans anything, many people have said they’ve walked in and it’s looks like a “nightmare” with how nasty the food and store looks. Carrington has a couple gas stations so unless your a trucker and need those truck pumps, definitely go elsewhere.

Was going to give this place a good review. But $8 for a shower? No towels, no private sink, and no private toilet literally just a shower. They wanted me to join the rewards program for the benefits…. The shower is not a benefit
