Kitchen orders are usually not done when they are supposed to be. Every employee is usually too busy on their phone to be bothered to help you. They’ll knowingly keep the ice cream machine in service when the product has been spoiled or contaminated and when you tell them they already know. Online ordering has been turned off more often lately. They will literally never answer their phones either, or you have to sit on hold for 10+ minutes.

Mayville’s Casey’s is absolutely horrible! Ordered a pizza, went to pick it up and they gave it away to someone else. They refuse to answer their phone no matter when you call so I can’t get my money back on my card. Many people have had problems with this store. They continuously shut off there ordering online early when they don’t feel like making more. They apparently shut their phones off too because when you call they don’t ring.

Place used to be ok but now it’s just college kids “working”. They’re standing around on their phones with their earbuds in while there’s long lines if customers, messy counters to be cleaned, and 2/3 of their drink machines were out of order!

Guy behind the counter was balls deep in watching videos on his phone instead of helping customers. Could have put his phone down for 2 minutes till all the customers were gone but I guess that would have been too hard for him.

I like the clerk who was friendly and courteous. I bought a plastic bottle of cherry Pepsi and a cup of ice but they charged me full value as if I bought one with soda. I think they should NOT charge for that choice. It’s a company policy!

The staff are very pleasent to talk to. I’ve found them to be very helpful anytime I’ve needed assistance. Place is kept clean and tidy, and warm food is always avalible for my time-sensitive lunches. Their milk is the lowest price in town, which I find both amusing and amazing. Great addition to Mayville.

Great new store with competitive prices. The addition of a package store in town is great for those that want to pick something up for the lakes. The food is very good for a convenience store the pizza is even better.

Google needs to update their satellite view. The street view is correct. I stop here when I pass through town. Casey’s is pretty cool. I like it, and i’m sure I will be back next time I pass through Mayville.
