Not sure who the lady was making pizza last night but sorry that I came in and bothered you by ordering a pizza. I have never been treated so rudely and that was really uncalled for. The cashier that helped out was incredibly nice…..you should take a few lessons from her on customer service. Maybe you were having a bad day/evening but wow…..learn a little respect.

Staff is quite friendly..usually. But multiple problems near closing time. One night the only employee saw me walk in, and they went to the kitchen area and didn’t come back for 10 minutes as I waited at the register. Tonight I couldn’t get any of the pumps to get beyond the ‘one moment please’ screen for 5 minutes before closing time. Then at 10pm, they shut the lights off on me. Very disappointed. I recommend this Casey’s during the day, but do not recommend near closing time

Normally I love Casey’s and wouldn’t have issue stopping there. However, I stopped in one evening for a soda and to use the atm. So after using the atm, putting my money in my pocket, and grabbing my soda I went the counter. The lady behind the counter immediately and aggressively accused me of theft and demanded I empty my pockets. Imagine my confusion! After not so nicely showing her and explaining each item in my pocket and how none of it was from the store shelves (keys, phone, cash, atm receipt), she proceeded to ring me up with her hostile attitude as if I was ever going to spend another penny there again.

Everyone is so friendly and warm here – the counter staff and the people making pizza and sub. I usually stop here after work so around 530 or 6. The pizza is great, the staff is really friendly and helpful. Really nice to see such happy people after a long day at work..it always lifts my spirits. Thank you!

I probably won’t order pizza again from this location. After placing my order and being told it would be 20-25 min I left to run an errand. Got back 23 min later and they hadn’t even started to make my pizza. I watched them make it and put it in. No apology nothing.

I placed a delivery order for an large pizza and bufflao bone in wings. The order came back cold and boneless. Call the man who claimed to be a mangar said they he would replace my order the next phone in. So about 4 days later i call he says ok puts the order in 3 hours later calls back and said i spoken with the manager and he has no recalls of an order complaint. So the lady who answered the phone left a note for the managar to call me. He calls presents himself as chris (have him on my voicemail) says he will take care of everything. I call again today and there’s no managar by the name of chris that works in that restaurant. So after a lovely tip to the driver and of course paying for my meal in full i got screwed. Love the pizza customer service sucks ass!!!!!
