Pizza an subs are always excellent but delivery times suck! Since we have moved to the Paynesville area we have ordered pizza from Casey’s five times and every time has been 1 & 1/2 hours or longer for delivery! Not sure what the problem is. . Delivery staff is always excellent and courteous and willing to go the extra mile. Can’t say the same for 2 female staff running the tills. Everyone else has been great and friendly beyond expectations!

I have had this happen every time this one kid that works there works when I call in to make an order he pretends like he can’t hear me and bangs pans in the back round when I’m trying to give him my order and I have to repeat every thing 3-4 times and he still doesn’t get the order right so I have to go over it all again. When I asked for his name he said names aren’t important and kept refusing to give it to me, then he laughed and said Jake. I finally raised my voice and he giggled and said maybe I should’ve talked that loud before smh then he asked me if I want to cancel my order I told him I just wanted him to get my order right and he couldn’t hear me again and made me repeat it I was done told him to cancel my order and hung up I had been on the phone for 10 minutes already trying to order a pizza and salad. This was tonight at 4:30 on May 14 who ever was working this shift has done this before to me, they need to check their workers phone manners

Love your pizza! Use to like Jimmy’s but that was way to expensive for what you got. Your pizza is excellent. Keep making it just the way you do. The Casey’s in Albertville….their pizza was horrible….crust too thick, soggy, and way too much cheese. Your’s……PERFECT!

This women Sheila shepperd yelled at me and my girlfriend for loitering ,even though we are occasional customers and buy things from there all the time.. We never come in there unless we intend to buy something ..I didn’t know we had a time limit. Might want to let people know that there’s a time limit in there before they get yelled at
