I just ordered 2 pizzas. Spent $30 and had to feed them to my dogs. They were terrible. Half of one pizza had no toppings. Not even sauce! They tasted terrible! I don’t know if it was old sauce, old meat, or old cheese. Just awefull. Would give zero stars if it were an option. I’m very disappointed. Will never order again.

Waited 25 minutes more than the estimated time for pizza, meanwhile the person in the kitchen was on his phone talking while cooking… so his gloves were touching his phone while he was making pizzas. Gross. When he brought out the pizza, he didn’t even end his phone conversation. The pizza is sloppy and you can tell he did not care. This is shameful!

As a previous employee here, I can say it would be an amazing place to be if the district manager wasn’t so rude and careless about the employees. And the new ulm store manager is no good. He over works employees because he doesn’t keep the schedule organized. He tells the employees that they are not entitled to days off!! And he makes all the other employees fix his problems, and do HIS job (the GM) I love the employees there tj, andrew, Gloria, Bella, Jackson, Josie, Paula, and Mary are all so amazing and make the work place fun! They ALL need a raise! Unfortunately the GM and DM need to go!

I have called two days in a row to order a pizza. First day I was too late. Today the kitchen closed over 45 minutes earlier than they said it would last night. I’m 8 months preggo n been craving pizza from Casey’s for days but apparently they don’t need to keep consistent hours. They get to close whenever they feel like it. Wish my job was like that!

Major disappointment, I’ve been in atleast 5 times in a row wanting a slice of pizza and every time it’s either cheese and Canadian bacon or pizza that’s been in the window for atleast 4 hours, I’ve walked straight out the store every time.

normally I like Casey’s pizza. I especially like the taco pizza (I’ll pick the taco over any other taco pizza in town, depending on my mood) with plentiful tomato and lettuce. But this time it was actually terrible–and and for me to take the time to make a bad review, it’s takes beyond the normal “it’s ok, I guess” rating. I want their pizza to be good, so please take this as constructive. The sauce and cheese tasted off, the crust was ok, the cheese/tomato/topping were way under the normal amount. It just didn’t taste good. Also, one of the cooks and the cashier were not wearing face masks…here in Minnesota it is the law. THis was at 7:07 pm July 26, 2020.

We ordered the Family meal deal which was a large 1 topping pizza, a 2 liter bottle of pop, bread sticks and dessert. I ordered online and my husband picked it up. We got the wrong pizza, he had to ask for the pop, no dessert and burnt bread sticks. We called the store and all they said was thanks, we learn from our mistakes!
