I really like Casey’s as a convenient store in general, great pizza and nice selection overall, particularly for a small town like Monty. The 24 hour availability is nice as well. Problem is, this particular store has a hard time keeping ready made food on hand. More times than not i go in for a slice of pizza, coffee pr a donut and up leaving due to poor selection of nothing available at all. I dont have this problem at most other Casey’s, this one just seems to struggle to keep up with the demand..

Website says they close at 12:00. Walked there, it’s 11:41 and they’re closed. The big dude in the kitchen should open a restaurant. Him and the skinny tall cashier provide 5 star service.

Horribly managed Casey’s and it shows throughout the store from the store being dirty and unorganized to lack of professionalism and cleanliness from most employees. I am a fan of Casey’s pizza but each time I order from this location I am left disappointed.

You should really make sure your employees are fully trained or have a guide on how to do everything in the store prior to making them work shifts alone. The fact that the cashier doesn’t know how to do a return is bad training.

Cappuccino machine out of order. Slushy machine out of order. Smells like dead fish. & they were out of my smokes. Someone needs to get in there and do a thorough deep cleaning and fix your machines.
