I love Casey’s pizza, I love stopping and grabbing Casey’s pizza before work. However it’s hard to do so when twice now. In a weeks time, I show up at lunch time(1145-1230) and only 1 slice in the warmer. Same lady working both times. This happened yesterday 7/6/23(don’t want to say her name but boss can look it up)

Don’t give them your credit card number, they add extra charges the next day, I got charged over $100 for one pizza. They did not bring everything I ordered, then expected me to go out and pick it up after I already paid for delivery. Then to top that off the food was black burnt, and the manager ignores you. This was over 2 weeks ago. LIke OMG what the hell did I ever do to you? Contacting cooperate. #Lost faith in humanity.

Ordered online @ 5:32 pm – said it would be 80 minutes; should be delivered at 6:52 pm. Called store @ 7:09 to check on status. Guy said he just left & should be here any minute (w/out getting name/address/ph #). Waited another 15 + minutes before he got here. Had $2.00 coupon & he said cant honor – only good on takeout…even tho online says to present coupon @ delivery. Ridiculous!!!! And pizza super greasy …. not sure I’ll order there again. Terrible!!!!!

Pizza is great if you can get a hold of them. The official website says they deliver but you cannot place a delivery order, only a carryout. You can try calling the number they have listed, but they probably won’t answer the phone. Disappointing because the food really underrated, but the people working the day to day are either incompetent or don’t care.
