This is by far the worst service I have ever got. I’m a cook in one restaurant and a server/bartender in another and I would never dismiss responsibility for my own product on a third party. I received my delivered pizza an hour after it had been dropped off in the front entry mail room. Casey’s refused to remake or refund my food because door Dash did the delivery it’s their fault. I did not hire door dash, I ordered my pizza through the Casey’s app. That makes it their responsibility. I would never treat customers the way that I was treated today. And I love Casey’s pizza, it’s a shame that I can’t order it anymore.

Pizza is pretty good. when they have lunch pizza available for lunch time expessially when i only get a 20 mins lunch if i go in there and there is nothing then i cant eat lunch then and if they do have pizza its just been old breakfast pizza at lunch time with no fresh slices. I see from previous reviews that the Casey in Albertville, mn is bad and hasn’t gotten much better. There are different and much better places to eat at here in Albertville

Ordered pizza for delivery. They did not give us the two sides we ordered. They did not include the 3 sauces we ordered which cost extra. We also paid for the garlic crust seasoning which they did not do. Called the store multiple times and no one will answer the phone and no way to leave a message. Don’t order from here!

Called to order pizza, kid on the phone was messing with me. When picking up the pizza there were 6 kids behind the counter messing around and being very unprofessional. On top of all that all the drinks in the cooler had the label facing in so you couldn’t read what the drinks were.
