Ordered a pizza through the app on 04/16/2023. I arrived at the pickup time and took my pizza home only to find out that it wasn’t what I ordered. I ordered a Taco Pizza with veggies on half and two orders of breadsticks. There were no veggies on the pizza, it was sloped together, and my pizza along with the breadsticks were hard as a rock. tried calling the store back to let them know about my order and after listening to the phone ring for almost 5 minutes with no one picking up he phone, I hung up. Don’t waste you money or time at this store. I see why it’s the worst rated one in Ottumwa!

Well to start, every time we ordered delivery from mary street the driver kept demanding a tip and i mean every time! Super rude! So we stopped ordering from there and ordered delivery from Richmond Avenue and when I called to see where our food was they said the delivery driver hadn’t shown up and didn’t know if or when they might show up so I went to get our food myself by bycicle, I showed up and wasted a trip because the driver had already picked up our food and was taking it to our house. And they didn’t quit get our order right and the qualify of the food was not good at all there food has gone down hill big time.

Caseys pizza is always a favorite of this establishment. Their clerks and staff are very friendly an fast. The environment is maintained an kept well cleaned. They can also now deliver Pizza as well. An for those a Lil more health conscious the sub/sandwich station is a great alternative to today’s normal on the go fast foods. An they are open 24/7. Although prepaid at pumps is mandatory after 7-8ish at night. An their special on 2liters of Pepsi products is a barging. 2 for $ 3.36.
