The gentleman that was working in the kitchen making Pizza the evening of 8/11/2023. You my friend are AMAZING! We get Caseys pizza once a week at another location and tonight’s was the best we have had in a very long time! We will choose Estherville Caseys from now on. Rockstar for sure!

Constantly out of standard items, such as tobacco, certain sodas, bread for their subs. Its not just an occasional thing, its all the time. I’ve lived a half a mile away for over a year and more times than not have to drive across town to get what I want. They have a huge turnover in employees as well, only 2 or 3 regular, always someone new. After today I will not spend another dime in this store. Not sure if its just horrible management or employees but this store “Sucks”.

Came in there last night to get some drinks and snacks (around 4:30pm). The girl behind the counter was extremely rude. Showed no interest in the customer and had an attitude in everything she said. My husband went in after me for some snacks and she basically threw his change at him. I’m not sure what was bugging her that day, but I sure hope she’s ok now and nobody else has to be treated that way.

Delivery of 2 pizzas, the box on the top had obviously been tipped off upside down. There was more cheese and topping on the lid of the box than on the pizza itself
