4 years ago this was the best place in town to eat. We ordered BBQ brisket pizza tonight and it was AWFUL! Asked for,( and probably paid for) extra cheese. There was zero extra cheese. I have given this Casey’s store the very last of my pizza money. It’s a “GREAT convenience” that we have to go to another town for pizza. The pizza here is always awful. No thank you. Never again.

I tried to get to the hot food area, but had to walk around employees standing in the way. They were complaining loudly about something and I explicitly heard one of the women drop the “f-bomb” along with other derogatory comments. Definitely not something I was expecting to hear while trying to grab a quick breakfast slice. I actually asked the cashier if there was a manager present so I could say something and she pointed to the woman who was swearing. That level of unprofessionalism was completely appalling to me, especially in the middle of the store on a Friday morning. I will be going out of my way and visit Huxley or Ankeny from now on. From the other reviews I’ve read on here before deciding to post my own, this isn’t the first time other customers have witnessed such foul language.

Had to turn around because I thought I just somehow straight up missed the store. Yes I missed it, but because of a stupid valid reason. The station lights weren’t on when they’re supposed to be. Didn’t bother going by to take a picture because what’s the point when I need to keep going south towards DSM? It’s 9:47 pm as I finish this review and they’re “supposedly” open until 11 pm on Friday June 10th 2022.

The window washer cleaner containers were empty or extremely dirty. The squeegee was broken on one. There is litter everywhere outside. Overall, there appears to be no management of this store, which is not a normal experience at Casey’s.

Service and food has gone down hill in the last 4 months. Employees are openly using foul language and just laughing about it. I used to love this location, guess I’ll stick with the Huxley stores.

My tire blew on the way to work at 1pm and I managed to pull into Casey’s parking lot. The team at Casey’s came out to see if they could help me out even with getting my spare of the trunk and getting my car on the jack! They assisted me the best they could with the limited tools available and kept conversation with me while I waited for my boyfriend to arrived. This team went the extra mile today for sure and I am so thankful.

The employees are so rude here, I’ll go out of my way to go to another store. The manager will stand and chat with cashiers while customers are waiting. Go to the one in Madrid instead. Everyone is nice there AND they don’t ignore customers to discuss their weekend plans.
