Sometimes it’s the little things. Went to clean my windshield after getting gas. The first 2 squeegees I tried, the rubber was all wavy and cleaned in only a few individual segments while trying to clean off the washer fluid, the third squeegee I tried, the rubber blade was coming apart but at least it generally cleaned the window so I could at least clear what was left with my wipers.

I miss working there and making sure it was always clean and didn’t look like junkie-villa. I also miss taking care of the more refined clientele who pushed me to do my best, even when I was overwhelmed and dragged down by that town and multiple people taking their personal issues with me out on my job even though they barely spoke 10 sentences to me in my whole life. That place could use some work and has potential but I don’t have a voice or a strong enough personality to influence.

So not happy with the customer service. They got my pizza wrong. The guy on the phone was mouthy when told it was wrong. He completely rude! I will take my business elsewhere. Dont stop on the night shift. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

The phone number is invalid. When I tried calling to see why the pizza was taking so long to deliver it didn’t work. Said it would be a 35 minute wait and it turned into an hour and 20 minute wait. Still haven’t gotten the pizza yet. Wouldn’t recommend ordering pizza from this Caseys.

Small truck parking (10 spots). Great for taking a break. Parking lot is dirty and muddy. Bathrooms are clean. Has a small eatery.

This is by far my favorite Casey’s in town! The employees are always nice and polite. It sucks seeing other customers being so rude to the employees because they don’t understand how short staffed they are! They are doing the best they can! Destiny that works in the kitchen makes the best pizza hands down!

Garbage in bathrooms overflowing. No toilet paper. Ice cream machine must have had a gasket leak as there was ice cream leaking all over. Brought it to the cashier’s attention, seemed annoyed and said that he hadn’t had time to take care of it. Come back two hours later, bathrooms in same condition and cashiers standing around on their phones.

Always out of the ordinary everyday things you expect from caseys,..I do expect some delays sometimes, but , Always,..and i repeat always out of creamers,..then will say, “corporate didnt send it”….but you go 1 mile away , plenty of creamers.. its a shame for truck drivers because we cant pull over anywhere to get coffee. Its just frustrating!
