I don’t know what’s happened at this store but I won’t be using them again. Ordered pizza, boneless wings & cheese bread. Wings came without the sauce I ordered, cheese bread was meh. Pizza was OK. Not the typical service for this store. Sad really.

Workers are rude. I came in about 9pm the cashier was on a FaceTime call proceeded to coversate while she’s ringing me up ended her call then started to bag my items stopped bagging picked her phone up again to answer it and then finished. Me being a very assertive person was really hard to say anything but I will be contacting cooperate due to multiple encounters at this store. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Just reopened after tornado destruction.. and customer service sucks. Wanted a pizza and was ignored. Made eye contact with the employee multiple times and not a single “May I help you?” Came out of her mouth. Smh.

So I went to this caseys today to get a beer and since my ID isn’t from Iowa it’s from a other state I’m from idaho by the way. They scanned it and in there machine said it’s expired but my ID doesn’t expires until 11222021. All the other gas stations from marshalltown take my ID when it gets scanned besides Casey’s gas station.

Breakfast sandwiches are cold and taste freezer burnt and when they do have pizza in the mornings they have pepperoni or sausage not breakfast pizza at 5 am .
