I had placed an order for the special 2 Specialty & 2 Large Single Toppings $52. I ordered and paid for extra cheese. I picked up at the time it said and the pizza was cold and with no extra cheese! I called the store and told the girl she said “I didn’t make it” and hung up on me. Very very disappointed!

Nice little gas station. The cashier was very nice and polite. Typical Caseys gas station, I love their pizza. The size of their store is not as big as Quick trip, but it is also not nearly as crowded. I only wish they sold sour cream.

This is a nice brand new cases. It’s very clean and seems to be well Run. We stopped here on a snowy quick pit stop for work. A lady helped us figure out why the pump wasn’t working with our card. We had to pay inside.

Every time I go to any Casey’s the cooks have OLD egg and cheese crescents, OLD breakfast pizza and nothing else. They have other things on the menu, but only want to cook multiples of the same thing so they don’t have to think about what they’re doing and get back to standing around as quickly as they can.

I believe this location was built in 2021 (or late 2020), so it is fairly new as of this review. Clean store in a great location right off of I-35 and at the corner of 1st & Delaware in Ankeny.

This Casey’s was the most helpful Casey’s that I’ve ever been to. They ended up helping me get some pizza for 11 guys at 11:30 at night. The employees were very helpful and had such a great attitude. Even joking with each other, having a great time. We had drove for 11 hours and that was the icing at the top. It made every one of us smile!!

A great Casey’s and in a new convenient place (hence the name convenience store) Quite clean with a huge drink selection both self serve and bottled. I only take off one star because I went there while back and ordered a bacon cheeseburger. After maybe 20 minutes, a sweet older lady came out from behind the counter and commented on me being here for a while. I told her “Oh just waiting for my burger” She went back there and something had been made although it was a bacon cheeseburger PIZZA. A simple misunderstanding followed by more amazing customer service by this wonderful lady made up for the mistake. I guess just specify if you want the burger or the specialty pizza. *Also off the topic of the review but the old Casey’s logo was so much better*
