Ordered pizza HOURS before needing to pick it up for my husbands work. He got there to pick up 6 pizzas and they told him they weren’t ready. When he asked why they weren’t done the lady gave him a vague statement that they had other orders. As stated before… I ordered these hours before needing to pick them up for this very reason…to give them enough time to prepare and make them. He has to wait over 30 minutes after ordering time . Gave the guys at work no time to eat since he still had to drive to work over 30 minutes away!

The hold time for a slice of pizza is 30 minutes the dude that is cooking told me… it’s okay it’s only been there for 8 hours LOL …trash don’t eat the pizza !!!There hasn’t been an edible slice of pizza in the warmer for three days…this place used to be on point.

Short staffed right now and aren’t open during hours stated. People have to depend on these places when going to work. They’ve recently reduced hours due to short staff and still aren’t operating at the temporary hours they set! Unprofessional. The employees are always hit and miss with friendliness. I understand why when Casey’s pays breadcrumbs but expects people to work around the clock doing every job there. Bad management.

Never enough people working the food counter. Great individual sliced pizza on the rotating racks though. I wish they had more of a selection on drinks. Store is kind of small and layout is a little funky. Always a selection of donuts! Fountain drinks are awesome. I am unsure if they have a bathroom as I have never tried to use it. Free air on the side of the building. Establishment has always been clean and stocked when I have been there. I have patronized the business multiple times as I live in the area. Nice and friendly employees. Plenty of room for parking. Located by a school so go the speed limit. A nice local gem between Evansville and Newburgh in the Tri-State area. I will continue to patronize this location. I hope they find more staff. Maybe that’s hard to come by these days.

Ordered 2 large pizzas on line. They put pickle and jalapeños on my veggie and I asked for no jalapeño on my barbecue brisket they gave me extra. They end up both being inedible. They would not pick up the phone for several calls. I wasted $40 on food that was not good and could not get a call through at 8:30 pm to complain. I am disappointed in the food and the service.

There is some problem or other EVERY time I come here! For starters, half the pumps are bagged off (which is suspicious, are you routing us to pumps that have skimmers on them like that creepy Chuckles on the strip?), and the ones that aren’t bagged either won’t take the card swipe at the pump or won’t print a friggin’ receipt, so either way, you have to go inside, wait in line, talk to strangers, touch doors and bullshtt. Fix! your! shituation!
