The sign said that water was two for three dollars, I bought four waters and it was supposed to be six dollars. They charge me eight dollars and said I’m sorry the manager is not available to adjust the price you’ll have to come back another day. During another visit I ordered some pizza to carry out and I asked them what the status was and they hadn’t even started making it yet! poorly managed understaffed.

Cashier: Amy, (4pm to 5pm on November 14th 2018) needs to be trained or fired. Amy doesn’t know how to give a final receipt after pumping fuel (which all self employed people need, prepaid receipts don’t always count as valid to the IRS). But I vote for firing her since she had such a bad attitude about it.

Very rarely do the pizza orders come out correctly. They can never get their breakfast pizza made correctly or their taco pizza. Might as well wait till your in Iowa to get a correct Casey’s pizza. The first incorrect pizzaI had to wait for another to be made with hungry kids in the car and just an apology. Casey’s pizzas are my favorite! It’s frustrating that they are not done correctly here. I even nicely explained on the phone what I wanted on my sausage breakfast pizza. The lady in the phone had an attitude over it, saying she knew what came on the pizza. They still managed to get it wrong. After getting it wrong the first time they made it wrong AGAIN! Sausage breakfast pizza comes with sausage and cheese sausage no bacon, and no gravy. She asked me to wait again for another pizza to be made. I asked for a refund because I had crying kids in the car at this point. I was then told to come back at 7 in the morning for the refund. I live 20 minutes away I will now be driving 40 minutes to get a $15 refund.

I visit Casey’s often, and have never had a bad experience. Gas prices tend to be a little higher than other gas stations around. But the food and customer service has always been top notch for me.

I make my money on the road. TherefoRe a lot of my meals come from gas stations. I have always looked forward to eating breakfast at Casey’s, they have never let me down until today. None of the food was labeled, so I got a bacon egg and cheese instead of the sausage egg and cheese that I so looked forward too! Also the hash brown had the taste and texture of an old shoe, I am quite certain it had been there for days !!!

Ordered a couple of pizzas and cookies online. It said it would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived at the store when the 20 minutes was up and told it was going to be another 10. We came back after the 10 and had to wait another 15. Got the pizza home, only to see and taste the chips were stale as hell and tasted funny. Then after trying the sour cream that was given to us, it also tasted funny. I looked at the date and all 4 of the sour creams were dated USE BY DEC 16, 2018. Horrible experience!!!!

Went for the first time since they opened. The bathroom was very clean. They have great donuts! It looked like they had a section for hot sandwiches and other foods. Plan on going there any time I have to drive through Centerville.
