Your attitude is for the birds. You make me wait 20 minutes in the drive thru, send someone outside because you “forgot” my order. Leave me outside for another 10 minutes, have to go inside to find out what’s going on, have to wait yet another 10 minutes to get my food. Not a sorry to be given. Then when I get home, you didn’t even put the complete order in the bag. Not sure how that’s possible seeing you had 40 minutes to make the food. After I drove all the way back up there, again no sorry given. Again, just let folks know they’re not welcome and trust me, we’ll go else where.

I normally don’t have a problem at Hardee’s being that it’s one of the few restaurants that is somewhat good in Quincy. This morning I ordered the super sausage on the brioche bun being that it was a new item I wanted to try. The girl on the mic reread the order and once I got to the window the lady at the window was polite and handled everything with care. Before I pulled off, I checked my food and the sandwich wasn’t what I ordered. When I went inside, the manager Carolyn had an attitude telling the cook to remake it cuz she doesn’t have time for this and we exchanged words. She was very unprofessional and rude. I also had words with two other workers mumbling things under their breath instead of acting accordingly. They beating me mad about my food and money. It’s starts with the head and for the lady Carolyn to be a manager acting like a child is showing the younger ones it’s okay to talk to customers any kind of way. After all, without the customers there isn’t a company. This isn’t her first time being rude. I’ve been going there for a while and even when she was a regular employee she was rude. With her in charge Hardees will lose a lot of business behind her. It definitely shows lack of leadership and putting anybody in charge.

Food was cooked poorly. Driving through to another state and stopped for breakfast. Biscuits and eggs were overcooked, hash rounds were undercooked. The wrapper on the sandwiches looked like they pulled it straight out of oil. I usually have a great experience with Hardees breakfast foods but not at this location. Will definitely not be stopping at this one again.

Today is Oct. 23 its 11:10 am the black lady working at the window is extremely rude attitude from hell messing up an order twice. I ordered a large Dr. Pepper, in a small Sprite, I got extra charge for something that was on a meal.
And I didn’t do anything to upset this woman. She’s just being extremely nasty to me disrespectful, not customer service worthy.
I have gone to this Hardee’s a lot. In the past 6 months. Never had an issue, except for them. Forgetting to put cheese on my biscuit from time to time. And today, I got done disrespectful. I don’t like that. To make it known it’s for grape jelly.They said they would give me grape jelly.They did not when I asked again for my grape jelly.The lady threw it at me.She’s a black lady.She’s skinnyShe’s tall and she had her hair up in a bun.I am now finishing this post at eleven thirteen.It’s only been a few minutes, and so far.I’m not pleased with your location

I had a very rude and outrageous experience when I went to place my order at the drive thru on 1/24/25 at 6:40am in the morning by the person at the drive through window taking orders that asked me why I kept saying hello three times and that I just got there I said well why did you not respond to already and she told me in a very rude way that I should wait and then she made me wait for a couple of minutes and then she got back on the intercom and said do you want something and I said that she could keep her food and place it where the sun don’t shine and that I promise you I would be calling corporate office on her very rude and unbecoming manner in which I told her she needed to learn customer service skills and I also took a picture although it be very vague. I would NEVER recommend a dog to go eat there after my unpleasant experience.
