Got the new chicken tenders platter. The tenders were hot, moist, and just enough crunch. The Cole slaw was good and refreshing on a hot day. The restaurant was clean (even the bathrooms), the staff was friendly, and the service was fast. I will definitely come back

I’m guessing my definition of cooked fresh and Hardee’s employees definition is totally different. I want it cooked when ordered. A lukewarm biscuit and piece of chicken may have been cooked fresh 2 hours prior but when I get it, it’s not freshly cooked. Food is too expensive to sale it cold.

As a fan of Hardee’s breakfast. I will choose it from another location. The drive thru service at this place is horrendous! That one light skinned black girl has the worst attitude, she’s always rude whenever we go thru. She acts as if we’re making her do her job. I went this morning and she rudely asked me what kinda of jelly I wanted when I never asked for any jelly. So I thought she was talking to someone in the background, so she gotta a bigger attitude and asked again. Smh then she started calling her coworker and laughing like something was so funny. This isn’t the first incident, but it’s the last I’ll eat breakfast elsewhere.

Came by at 9:45pm March 15th and they were shutting down. Saw someone inside, schedule says they don’t close till 10pm. Well, guess that depends on who’s working. Terrible service. They wouldn’t even acknowledge i was at the drive thru.

6/19/22 Stopped in to get some food to go. The gentleman at the register was very polite and even a bit humorous which made my families morning (I believe his name may have been Darrell – thank you sir). Order was quick and ready as soon as we finished in the washroom. We grabbed the bag and headed to the truck. My father ordered and enjoyed the $5. Meal deal. My mom and I ordered the 2 cheese burgers (no bun) for $6.00. When we opened the bag at the truck the fries were hot hot (just the way we like them) and the cheese burgers were wrapped very well in lettuce which was a nice touch. Most of the time fast food restaurants throw our patty and cheese on the paper (forgetting to put the rest of the ingredients like pickles, onions, ketchup, etc) so we were very happy with the way this location in Quincy made our cheese burgers without the bun. Thank you Darrell and team!
