Yet again another place I can’t go into. I would occasionally go here in the morning to grab myself something for lunch for the day. I don’t know what your policy on making your employees ask customers if they have rewards, but at this point it must be considered harassment. I was asked almost every day if I had rewards, but this is the last time I am going to go here. This morning I was greeted with “UGH! I’ll wear you down one day!” Because I said I didn’t have rewards. Maybe I don’t want rewards, I would like to get my things and leave. But just for that, I think it was my final straw.

I was confronted by the owner + staff for taking these photos. They treated me like I was planning a robbery. This all took place inside the building with my 8yr old son standing next to me. I explained what I was doing. I was treated like a criminal. It’s sad what is happening to this world. I was doing something to improve the community and help your local business. Overall–the staff was kinda rude I didn’t hear them greet anyone that walked in. I know everyone is in a state of panic right now, but we can all still be courteous. The establishment was clean. I Didn’t have a chance to Try the pizza. My son says the breakfast pizza is really good!

Very clean and friendly staff. Was travelling home to Indy from Michigan and stopped off at 530am to the only thing well lit and open and found some bright eyes cheery faces. Glad I stopped.

I have been in other Casey’s locations and i have yet to meet an angry or unpleasant Casey’s employee but Troy who was working yesterday at the Waterloo location was the best! The place was packed and he not only greeted everyone with a smile and kindness but he also made eye contact. His tone of voice was unhurried and light. The gentleman needs some recognition for being outstanding!!!

The kitchen staff are awesome people.The kitchen manager is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to insure the customers get the best quality and service. Their pizza’s and other food is made fresh and full of flavor. The kitchen is well kept and always clean.
