This Casey’s is reliably the most competitive station when it comes to gas prices. But the pumps are always out of paper for the receipt and I constantly hear customers coming out of the store complaining about the service. The only time I chose to go in and get my receipt they had one cashier and 6 people in line. The store was also a bit of a mess. Tighten things up management.

I almost hate leaving only 2 stars because the store is always clean and the employees are wonderful but they really need more help. The lines are wrapped around the store in the mornings with only one person running the register. I don’t think I’ve ever been waiting in a line that long at a gas station.

Daytime staff are super nice but the managers seem kind of unfriendly and from my own retail experience I can say any faults you see in the store are more then likely from lackluster management/corporate so don’t take your frustration out on the cashiers. Rissa is my favorite tho she’s awesome

This location has been open for a short time but is without a doubt the worst one I’ve been to. Shelves are always empty, in store prepared food proportions are laughable. Save yourself the time, and go to the New Carlisle store. It’s busier, but you will be taken care of.

I’m not sure what’s up with Zach G. Obviously the dude has never been to this location. I’ve had nothing but wonderful service and absolutely nothing wrong with the food. I’ve been on crutches for the last few months and a cook even ran to the door to open it for me on their smoke break.I know its a new location and they’re still in the figuring s out phase but come the heck on I think their employees (at least the ones I’ve come across) are awesome. Service 10/5.

I come into Casey’s everyday before and after work.. I’m a regular , I love the food and the amazing kitchen employees.. when I mean everyday I mean everyday, there’s a young man whom where his badge on his hat ‘ jared ‘ that is the kindest yet professional young man ever. Despite the wonderful employees this place will def be losing one of their loyal regulars.. I have came in since this wonderful place opened locally in Fairborn, I catch everyone’s names on their badges just for this reason. I had come in Saturday, April 8th 2023, for my morning coffee and of course a slice of the breakfast pizza. It may have been around 9:45 this had happen, the younger shorter lady by the name of Kandi had been yelling at her older female employee which I believe her tag said Pulla, just screaming at her and seemed like she was bringing up personal issues in front of many different customers.. which was very unprofessional and devastating for me.. I decided to go in later A fter work And Sunday as usual but everything seemed alright , right up till today.. Monday, April 10th 2023, I had over heard this Kandi woman call her employees lazy along with some other dreadful names, she was very rude to the young man Jared I had brought up early.. it’s devastating as I’m pretty sure he is so much younger than this woman.. This has happened more than once on my visit And it seems the general manager Tamara does not care

Never been able to get gas. Every time I try to get gas and pay at the pump it takes forever and my sale is canceled. When I am in a hurry going inside is an inconvenience. I have never had this issue at other Casey’s locations.

Every time I go into this Casey’s they do not have food. Today I went in and there was no Mountain Dew. No pizza. They had bottled water on sale but they didn’t have any. And nine times out of 10. They’re out of just about everything. And the manager was hanging up signs on the windows instead of making food. Even the napkin containers were empty. Most of the time they don’t have donuts either. Worst cases I think I’ve ever been in.

In all honesty I would leave zero stars if I could just because a manager named “kandi” answered the phone when asking for corporate she started cussing and yelling super unprofessional and I really don’t appreciate it!! I will NEVER eat from this place again with that kind of management POOR POOR service skills! No respect for other people what so ever & just flat out rude & disgusting!
