First time eating at this restaurant. Pleasant and vibrant atmosphere, great attention-frequent checks to see if we need anything and removing plates. We came early 5:30 and by 6:30…. People were arriving more and more. Definitely will return to try other menu items!
If you haven’t been here yet…. Give it a try.

Casa Tapas & Cantina was near our hotel so we stopped here lunch before an appointment. Really an upscale Cuban restaurant.

They started you with Cuban bread that is toasted.

I tried the Cuban Sandwich , traditional with pork, ham, cheese, mustard and pickles, very good. Comes with French fries. My friend had the Empanadas ,they were hand made from scratch with a flaky pastry filled with chicken or beef simmered in saffron threads and Spanish spices served with garlic aioli sauce. really very good.

Great place for lunch and I would assume for dinner

Our entire family experience here was 5+ stars! From walk in and leaving, it was exactly the what you want to hen dining out! The spiked blueberry lemonade was so tasty and was actually a 2 for 1 special! You could tell the empanadas were made from scratch and did not lack for anything in the filling. Finally ai’ve found a place that makes them authentic! The Sashimi tostadas were perfectly seasoned and paired so good with the avocado! My husband loved the scallops and potatoes. I was saving room for the churros so I didn’t try that. But those churros were worth giving up a part of the entree! They were made from scratch, came out warm with the perfect dipping sauces! We will definitely be back, and often!

This restaurant is incredible!! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere had a comfortable elegance going on! Our waiter was very patient with us, as we had never been to a Cuban restaurant before and couldn’t decide what to try (I can’t wait to go back)! The manager was very kind and took our picture outside for us, as well as making sure we had a Flan to take with us for later (which was incredibly delicious)! I urge all in the Tallahassee area to try this restaurant! The prices were great, the food portions were enough to take to our hotel for a light meal on the following day! I already want to go back to Casa Tapas & Cantina!
Are you ready to go? Check out the photos! Delicious!

We came in for tapas and drinks, and we had a great time. So few places in Florida have gazpacho, and they serve an excellent one. We also enjoyed mussels, scallops, and Spanish tamales. We finished them with some nice cocktails. This is a great place to go for tapas.

This was me and my husband’s first time at this restaurant. And the service atmosphere and food was absolutely phenomenal. Our servers name was Alan and he was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for delicious Cuban, Spanish or Mediterranean food.
My husband and I had fried calamari & the sauce that accompanied it was so flavorful
Our entree was the seafood paella. Neither one of us had it before and we were so surprised at the flavor explosion on our first bite.
We can’t wait to come back again

We’re staying at the Tru across the street and are so glad we found Casa. What a gem. Great food, awesome deals and very welcoming staff. Loved the unique flavor and traditional food offered. Special shout out to Anna who has been our waitress every night. She is so knowledgeable, offered great recommendations and was a 10/10 server.

Definitely on my list of new favorites.

This place is my new go-to spot. We went for their pre Valentine’s Day brunch, and I had to restrain myself. The food was amazing, flavorful, fresh, and plentiful. That fish in creole sauce was !! Although I am pescatarian, there were plenty of options for me.
The decor was so cute! . And they have a bar. The staff is attentive, friendly and quick to answer questions. We really enjoyed ourselves and I will definitely be giving this place more of my business.

We wanted to try Cuban food and I have yelped/googled the place. We didn’t expect the place to be fancy. We were pleasantly surprised. I thought it would be a simple cantina, specially when I saw the price online. Or maybe coming from CA, we were once again pleased that this fancy restaurant have these $ for the food and ambiance. I, my husband and kid ate here and combining our score for the food we gave it a 4. Our total was 3.5 We asked our server if what we ordered are cuban food but he said he is El Salvadoran he’s only worked there for a week. He therefore is new with the food too. I forgot his name but he gave us free desserts. It was delicious. I felt under dressed when I came in the place by the way .
