This was our first time here and we were pleased to see it wasn’t in the mess of downtown Roswell – it is located on a side street in an upscale shopping mall with a large parking lot (always a win). The restaurant is bigger than I expected with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating with a large bar. The design is inviting, contemporary, warm, and relaxed. I would recommend a reservation if you are arriving after 6pm as it filled up quickly.

My girls and I decided to check this place out for our ladies night out based off a tiktok we saw of it. I called the restaurant at 130pm on a Saturday to make reservations. They did not open til 5pm but the vm said leave a message for reservations so I did, for 8 ppl.

The food was delicious. It exceeded our expectations. I didn’t manage to take many pictures because it was so tasty that I forgot to do it. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The Chef came out to say hello and you can tell she has a passion for what she does. I ordered an watermelon margarita and it is the best cocktail I have had so far. Very balanced, everything just right.

The food is excellent. All the ingredients are fresh and I like how they incorporate vegetables, herbs, and spices to modernize classic Spanish tapas. Great interior space with comfortable seating and bar and the outdoor space is equally large and shaded.

Just went to Casa Robles and it was excellent! They had the typical Spanish tapas items, potatas bravas, Croquetas, Albondigos (meatball), etc.. But they also had some tapas that had a Latin flare. Mexican street corn (so good), Pupusa (a Salvadoran corn cake with pickled slaw; so good). We also had Pescaito Frito (light batter grouper bites; excellent). There were so many other items on the menu that we want to try next time. For desert we ordered the corn cake with corn ice cream, caramel sauce and caramel popcorn. Our waiter was so sweet and very attentive. I highly recommend Casa Robles and cannot wait to come back.

The food is amazing at Casa Robles! So many different layers of flavors in the shrimp tacos and grouper tacos. Loved the mango margarita! The service was excellent too. Don’t miss desert. I had the almond cake with passion fruit ice cream. Sooo good! I’ll be back very soon.

It was not busy , but the waiter kept apologizing for the short staff. Our Sunday brunch would of been better if the food was hot. Cold Eggs Benedict and Chicken taco pretty bad and unflavored. This is our first time for brunch, but third visit overall. We will need to get better reviews before we go back.

I hosted a party of 8 women at Casa Robles and everyone raved about the food and the service. Chef Laura was making a special dish of paella that night, which was the best I’ve ever had. The small plates also make for a fun atmosphere of sharing new dishes with friends.

I went with a friend and we each ordered one shot of Patron tequila. It cost $18 per shot!!! One small bottle of Patron is just $26 from the liquor store!! Total rip off. Just because you own restaurants that people like shouldn’t mean you start trying to take advantage. I will not be going back there again. Will stick with more honest establishments/fair establishments.

If I could give an extra star for service I would. Brie was absolutely fantastic!! Her recommendations were spot on. She was always around at the right time. I’d recommend the spicy margarita, the stuffed peppers, and the corn!!! Divine.
