Simply the best tacos in Sarasota. It’s ridiculous. There hasn’t been a single time I go in here and don’t hear others saying praises as they leave. It’s just that good. Also Rob the owner is the nicest guy I’ve ever met. Didn’t know people like him existed… not in Sarasota at least.

Placed a pretty decent sized order as a first time diner here, I couldn’t just pick one thing. I’m very impressed with their menu selection and most importantly their food. I’ve tried just about every taco place I can find in Sarasota and Casa Masa will be my go-to from now on. The atmosphere was great although I was only there as I waited for my to-go order to be prepared. It’s just the right size inside, small and cozy, with plenty of seating outside. Very impressed with the quality of ingredients especially the blue corn tortillas, their sauces, and my exact words after one sip of their hibiscus tea “wow”. Most places make their agua fresca or tea way too sweet. You can tell Casa Masa makes theirs from scratch, it’s refreshing and has a lovely earthy undertone. The street corn or “Esquites”; also made very well; not too salty or greasy, perfectly roasted corn, & well balanced cheese. If you’re vegetarian you will enjoy the Brussel Sprouts taco. It has a sweet crunchy bite to it and is now one of my favorite tacos! Coming back again to try a Mexican pizza “Tlayudas”. Their food presentation is magnificent, you can tell they love what they do. *I started chomping into everything straight away so no photos this time* Thank you Casa Masa ❤️

Absolutely amazing!!! I had the octopus taco, Al pastor taco and pork bell taco. I was surprised at how tender both the pork bell and the octopus were. They were served on a blue corn tortilla. They do also have oxtail, which I will definitely order next time! This is a great place to grab dinner to go. The food came out pretty quickly and the staff was really friendly. They do have a small bar inside as well.
