Went for a Sunday lunch and ordered hungry. Didn’t realize the portions are so big but worth it. Got to try a little bit of everything. Appetizers for Sunday brunch were a great prize and a lot of options. I’m not a drinker but they have so many fun options I had to try one. My sopitos were a little soggy, could have been fried a bit more but other than that no complains. Servers were friendly and on top of things. Will be back again.

My husband n I love coming here. Tonight our service was fantastic as always. Attentive staff. Beautiful atmosphere. The food is always delish! Tonight I had “Julios Special” which is a skirt steak with camarones Monterrey & guacamole a Mexican Margarita Perfection!!

Had a celebration there with a party of 6 including a young child. The service was exceptional (refills on drinks, soda, and dip before we even asked), great sense of humor, and patience as we waited on a final guests. The food was extremely flavorful, fresh with generous portions – and the price was reasonable for the portion and quality. It is definitely a new favorite!

I really wanted to like Casa Los Dos Amigos, especially since we drove about 35 miles to try it, but overall I was less than impressed.
I ordered the fish tacos and didn’t think they were very good. The mango chunks on top were unpleasant, and the pickled onions didn’t pair well at all. The tacos also felt poorly put together. Honestly, I hate to say it, but Del Taco has better fish tacos than what I had here.
My son ordered the birria tacos, and while the meat was tender, it was greasy and pretty flavorless, which was disappointing.
The service was slow, especially considering there weren’t many people in the restaurant. Our server never checked on us—the only interaction we had was when I finally had to signal for a to-go box.
The one highlight was the atmosphere. It has a tropical vibe, and while the music was a bit loud and overstimulating for me, it definitely added to the overall ambiance. That was honestly the best part of the experience.
Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t live up to the hype or the drive. Probably wouldn’t go out of my way to return. Nor. Will. I be recommending to anyone I know.

Overall—good but not very flavorful. Portions are huge but the price reflects this. Fair price for the amount of food—but two people could easily share a meal! Typical American style heavy-traditional Mexican food, NOT TEX-Mex, Taqueria, or California style. Service was great and ambience is upscale. Not a bad choice, but heavy and large portions.

All the reviews about the service are very true. Waitresses were extremely rude. Bartender was rude to my friend. Then another waitress was only addressing my friend about my drinks instead of me on more than one occasion. We both will never be going back.

Dangerous. Oh my god there was half a toothpick in my food that I halfway swallowed and choked back up at the end of our time there. The service was horrible we were there an hour before we even got our drinks. When I told her we were ready to order food too she walked away laughing and never came back. Twenty minutes ish later a different guy came to take our order. My mom had ordered a spicy margarita (no issues last time we were here) and got a regular one so he said he’d come back with “a shot of spice” for it but never did. He laughed it off when my mom politely asked about it and reminded him, then still never brought it. Had to ask 3 times for beans for my toddler. He did so good waiting an hour and an half to be able to eat 🙁 Also didn’t get the tortillas that were supposed to come with my meal until the end of it (right before the toothpick). We were treated like a nuisance and smirked at. Maybe they didn’t want to deal with serving a family with a one year old? Mom and I have both been servers and always pick up after my son, organize the table, very understanding and patient but this was just horrible. The first time in my life I didn’t leave a tip. So sad, this was our second time here. The food was different, the margaritas were different, and the 5 or 6 servers/bartenders/waiters we had sucked.

*side of bean- delicious flavor!

Kids menu fried shrimp, macaroni and cheese were good my kids liked it and got full also got a drink called spider man from the kid menu.
My enchiladas were really good tasted delicious not spicy which i think it would’ve been better but it was good super yummy.
My husband got the birria plate honestly we didn’t like it could’ve use a bit more flavor I rather have my moms birria besides that everything was good service was good and friendly
