This place is hit or miss and generally always has a back up drive thru. I’m not saying every worker is extremely unpleasant and seems like they would rather not be there. Literally I asked for a nacho from Taco Bell and their response was “what’s even a nacho? Do we even have that? I then had to explain to her that they do in fact have it, but I would gladly take a chips and cheese, failed to give me 3 tacos in my order. Along with no receipt and was literally arguing with me that she did give me a receipt. So just because she was rather unpleasant I order even more food to make her seemingly more mad , which my response was ” I might as well I had to make a return trip to argue with her about 3 tacos and no receipt

A staple menu item I used to love was apparently (according to the closing manager) changed fairly drastically in how it is prepared. It is nowhere near the same as it used to be — and it was the one item that could get me to still go there.
The server was pleasant and kind. The rest of the experience was lacking. And what a shame given the struggles this particular brand is experiencing.
