I placed a carryout order around 3:30 PM, for pickup at 5:15 PM. When I arrived at 5:15 PM, I was told that my order was not in the system and had never gone through due to an apparent issue with the ordering system.
The employee at the front desk told me he would “expedite” my order. However, after waiting an additional 40 minutes, nothing had been prepared. It later became clear that my order was never communicated to the kitchen, so no action was actually taken to start it.
After wasting a total of about 45 minutes, I asked to cancel the order rather than continue waiting. This experience was extremely frustrating and poorly handled. The lack of communication and accountability resulted in a significantly waste of my time.

I ordered pizza this place three times. Pizzas are very delicious, but everytime they forgot something from my order. Last time they forgot garlic sauce and this time they forgot coke. I waited 2 hours for it. And I didn’t get it.

I go out of my way JUST to go to this location. They always get my order right and theyre friendly. The only reason i gave them 4 stars instead of 5, is because the app no longer lets you get “VERY LIGHT” cheese. So now every time i order, i select “Light cheese”, and then i have to call them to tell them VERY light on the cheese. Its an annoying extra step and i hope Domino’s can fix the app back to the options that were available before.

Always a positive experience, I like that delivery is in house and I’m able to pay cash / tip $.
I am in a complex building & they bring my pizza / food directly to my door and always prompt, within 40 minutes from placing order, even during busy dinner times. The pizza is yummy and I like that they make it well done for me and their new stuffed cheesy crust is really tasty, great to dip into there marinara! Great Job Long Grove Domino’s ☆☆☆☆☆
