I’d say I probably order from here for my family once or twice every couple of months. I ordered pizzas for myself and children tonight for the first time in maybe 6 weeks. It’s always been pretty decent with no real complaints. I’m not sure what changed or maybe it’s just an off night or they changed the type of pizza cheese they use but the pizza was really not anywhere near what it usually is. It was comparable to a frozen pizza where only half the cheese is melted, yet the crust was quite well done, and the cheese quality seemed extremely off. The biggest shame is I ordered DoorDash, so 3 small pizzas and Alfredo pasta ran me over $80 🙁 and they really are not good. I can’t speak to the Alfredo because it’s my husbands and he’s at work. Really hoping it was just a one off because we don’t have many great pizza options close by.

Driest steak bomb ever.
Lots of steak, but not much of the bomb…very few onions, peppers, and mushrooms (which make it more juicy and flavorful).
I hate to pick thru my food to see if it contains what I ordered.
Luckily, I won’t do that from the Carriage house ever again!

I had to go fishing to show you the tiny bits of peppers, onions, and maybe mushrooms.
The big pieces of green stuff is the pickles that I asked for. And thank God I did! Without them, this steak-dud sub would have been to dry to eat.
I gave them a 2nd chance, as I used to enjoy their pizza when they first opened (but I moved away for a year, then came back).
Maybe they are cutting costs…
I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with bacon
The pizza was loaded with flavorless pineapple. No pineapple taste whatsoever.
Lots of “bacon bits”, which are cheaper than real bacon, because they are not real bacon.
If you like cheese on your pizza, you will not enjoy Carraige House pizza. Cheese was scarce and thin.
All I could taste was those nasty bacon bits (and I LOVE bacon, the REAL bacon).
I could see bits of ham thru the thin layer of cheese (you can too, in my pics).
I wanted to give them a good review for their pizza–which I used to enjoy. After all, they aren’t a sub/steak-bomb shop.
Between their steak-dud, and the garbage my girlfriend brought home tonight, they have lost a customer for good.

We’ve ordered pizzas for pick up a few times and they have been consistently great! The staff who answer the phone are friendly and helpful. Be sure to inquire about any specials as those don’t show up on their website. I only found out about them when I went into the restaurant to pick up my pizza.

Stopped from out of state ! Looked like nice quiet place to relax ! Food was excellent , hot steak bomb sub , packed solid , delicious. , & chicken . Peppers , mushroom & onion wrap gr8!choice and side order of French fries that were outstanding crispy , hot and huge box ! Took 2 of use to finish! Service was so friendly and my son had a service dog so there were nice outside picnic tables and we had a wonderful peaceful lunch !

When I say this is my favorite restaurant I mean it. Anyone who goes here often more than likely has seen me. I’ll usually order from here 3-4 times a week! The owners are super sweet and wrote a custom note on my birthday. I strongly encourage anyone to start a conversation with the staff, they are super nice and always have great stories!
P.S. their Buffalo chicken calzone is TO DIE FOR !!

I had a steak tip hot sub it was delicious and incredible. I also had a slice of chocolate cake it was outstanding. My first time definitely will be going back. I highly recommend this fine business. Billy owner great personality wonderful . Keep up the great work. The menu has many things to choose from. The prices are reasonable. Dining on or take out atmosphere is relaxing and also great.

I ordered a calzone for takeout. Spinach, feta, artichokes. I’ve only tried this place once. I’m not anxious to go back. I’ve never had such a tasteless calzone in my life. Sure, I guess the ingredients were quality and fresh. But there was no taste. Absolutely no fat or oil of any kind. No seasonings. The pizza sauce was definitely fresh but also not much flavor. And the dough isn’t made for pizza or calzones. It was more like bakery dough. I wish I was close to home when I ordered this because I would have put some olive oil on it with some seasonings and rebaked it.
