Oh boy. This chipotle is always a pigsty. Tables filthy, trash overflowing, drink area dirty. I try avoiding this location whenever possible. For mobile orders they won’t put the orders on the shelves anymore, you have to wait for a staff member to help with pick up. They have a whole shelving unit for mobile orders. Maybe theft is an issue or something but the company clearly wants mobile orders to be placed there, so place it there. The parking lot is a headache (not their fault). I don’t like leaving low reviews but this location is seriously lacking especially in cleanliness.

We came to this place after we visited sesame place. We ordered the extra chicken Chipotle things and we enjoy it a lot. The only thing their portion are always small. I had to add more. While I was preparing my plate, but anyways, chipotle is one of the best that you can eat and that region. Of course, other than having phily steak while being in philadelphia! Also, please take care of the cleanness of the store. Thank you very much for your attention.

I ordered two bowls that were severely under filled and missing items. I was there two and a half hours before they closed and they only had enough of vegetables for one bowl. I asked if more were being made and they said no for the rest of the night. They also only were doing half scoops for everything to prevent having to prep more food before they closed. They gave very little meat and when I asked for a little more they added some and they demanded to charge me for double meat at the register. The “double meat” was still less than chipotle’s standard 4oz portion. This is my third time in a row having an issue at this location. One time they completely “forgot” to put the protien on one of the bowls all together. Time to unload Chipotle from our investment portfolio……..

Intended on eating in but all the tables were dirty so I took my food and left. Nothing on the line is labeled, employees weren’t it engaged at all, it seems like they just assume you have been there before. That being said the food was decent and I think the pricing is fair.

For the past year/year and a half i have avoided chipotle like its the plague. This location is my local chipotle, so the convenience of the location would be nice IF they could learn how to cook rice. The bulk of your meal, no matter the product, is rice. The PAST YEAR, the rice is consistently undercooked, doesnt matter if its white or brown, no one knows how to time it accurately. And the time of day doesnt effect this either, its truly a waste of money to go to this chipotle specifically.
Sitting beside my family writing this since I was the idiot who agreed to go to the local chipotle and not one half an hour away..

I ordered a steak burrito and somehow paid good money for disappointment wrapped in a tortilla. The steak had absolutely no flavor, not smoky, not seasoned, not even salty, just tough, chewy chunks that felt like they’d been cooked earlier this week and reheated out of spite. Every bite was a workout, and not in a good way.
To make it worse, ingredients were straight-up missing. Things I asked for simply never showed up, leaving me with a sad, unbalanced burrito that tasted like someone assembled it while actively not caring. Rice and beans can only carry so much when the main protein is this bad.
Calling this “Mexican food” is a stretch at best. There was nothing bold, fresh, or comforting about it, just bland meat, poor execution, and regret. If this is the standard, Chipotle really needs to rethink quality control, portion accuracy, and whatever they think seasoning is supposed to be.
I didn’t expect gourmet, but I did expect edible. I won’t be back anytime soon.

i eat from this chipotle quite often and me and my mom and sister will also order from here quite often and yesterday my moms guacamole was obviously not fresh. it was brown and so was my sisters. and it’s just not acceptable because it’s not like it’s free. you have to pay for it.

I am very unhappy about my service with this location. They messed up multiple orders and multiple days with today just being ridiculous.
The lemonade was gross and tasted like tap water.
The quesadilla was way over done
Missing a side and half of the other sides
Fiance didn’t want beans and they messed up her bowl, added beans and the chicken was cold as soon as we left the store.
I’m very unhappy and recommending folks to not go until they change and start actually training people because this kinda service is ridiculous for the amount they charge.
Thank god my fiance is not allergic to beans or this would have been way worse.
If the manager reads this, I hope they respond back and give me a call bc I’m very upset with this location and the most recent reviews reflect.

Ordered a bowl with guac and chips last night. Guac tasted disgusting as if it was sitting out. Whoever made it didn’t make it correctly. Bowl was lacking flavor and they skimp you as usual. Disappointing. This location needs to focus on food quality. I won’t be back. Chips are always solid though.

This location has pissed me off for the last time. Any time you order ahead and do a pick up they suffer so much in quality of the meals and they also cheat you out of meals you paid good money for ! Ordered a steak bowl & there is literally two small pieces of steak covered by a ton of beans and everything else. It’s one thing not to give extra meat, it’s another to try and not give you any at all after I paid $13 for this meal !! Rice was stale, quesadillas for my kids were just big balls of cheese barely melted. Guac is huge chucks of avocado not smashed. They just take your money and give you crap. Never coming here again.
